help with iving Dilaudid Oral Liquid

hey i got a bottle of hydromorphone the kind with the dropper and your supposed to take orally. does anyone know if this is safe to iv? it is a little thick. or a safe way to iv it?

Nah bro, I'm pretty sure it's a syrup which would not be wise to I.V.

Do not I.V. this if you love your veins.

Plugging is the way to go with this, it sucks ass oral.
Considerable damage will result from trying to mainline this horrid gunk through a syringe.

Since this thread is here....anyone have preferred brands of dilaudid (4mg) that breaks up in water well? I have the ones with 'M' on one side/4 on the other. This one doesn't work too well - it makes a white sludge if you don't use enough water. I'm still a bit new to using this drug, any advice maybe?

More water, still don't I.V. it. Plug it. It is really the safest effective way to use it.

The Purdue brand are by far the best for IV.
