DXM products in the UK

Cheers mayte, got 2 bottles of the benylin one after throwing away the other bottle i got :p
Will the codeine i use on friday have any effect on the DXM on saturday?

It's unlikely as I'm fairly sure most, if not all of it, will be out of yer system by the time you wake up on Saturday ;)
 
Dxm products in the UK??

Hey, i was just wondering what kind of medicines i could buy in the UK that would contain DXM and what the dosages would be.

Apologies if this goes against any rules e.g. sourcing or whatever, if it does inform a moderator to close it. If this question is against any rules PLEASE do NOT answer my question and just let me know that this is not allowed.
Also im not sure if this is in the correct thread so if a mod feels that it isnt, thanks in advance for moving it

Vicks Vaposyrup for Dry Coughs has 160mg DXM HBr per 120ml bottle. and Robotussin Full Strength for Dry Coughs has 150mg DXM HBr per 100ml bottle. thats all i know of. hope it helps.
 
i've found that thease contain dxm. but the ammounts you would need to drink i dont think its worth it.

Yeah buddy Benylin dry cough original, not the non drowsy 1, contains somthing like 7.5 mg in a 150 mg bottle. In the interest of harm reduction this is the only choice, avoid anything containing paracetamol (acetaminophen).

Yes, just checked. A 150ml bottle will contain 225mg dxm. Go easy buddy, this stuff can be very unpleasant...
 
Just bought some of the Benylin Non-Drowsy. Pharmacist obviously knew what I was up to. Asking me questions. Ha.
 
I honestly can't see how people like the stuff, everything about it just goes against what I'd consider fun. I thought it was only popular in America because it's easier for kids to get hold of than booze.
 
Took the lot last night. Only 225mg of DXM, not a lot, but i definitely felt it. Like my head was pretty much normal, but reaction times were noticeably increased and felt rather comfortable :) Also gave me considerable pupil dilation, which I wasn't really expecting. TBH if I could get hold of gel caps with just dxm i'd give it another go, but for the time being I'll refrain from drinking cough syrup!
 
I had some pretty good fun with it, once I found the right dose. Too much is like being too drunk and too stoned, unable to move, nauseated and utterly confused, but on the upside you probably wont remember it. Redosing if you dont take enough is shit too.

Fuck drinking cough syrup though, I wouldn't have bothered with it if drinking a load of revolting gloop was invovled. I'm convinced all the stuff about plateaus and spiritual experiences is nonsense coming from 12 year old yanks who've never taken any other drug.

I suspect there is some truth in the plateaus and "spirituality" of DXM myself, Ceres. Comes with strong recommendations from many a well-respected PD poster and many of the longest-serving mods too. It's the only reason I still have any interest in trying it one day. Although sloppydrunk is kinda what I'm expecting even so :D
 
I know it's available online, but reading on other forums its not as simple as ordering it, something about "Declaration of end-use required to purchase this product". Anyone able to shed some more light on this?
