Haha...no (I truly wish that such a protest could possibly be effective ;)). I just find the 420 'meme' and rituals so contrived and semiotically thin.

Nothing to big, I love living here in Colorado. We have a killer celebration, I wen't today and picked up some Tincture and an 1/8th of Romulan X Korean Big Bud that I'm going to roll in a blunt on 4/20 and take downtown and smoke.

I definitely agree that 4\20 is very commercialized. However what holiday isnt? Halloween? Christmas? Valentines day? Yes on 4\20 there will be some douche bags who celebrate the holiday unlike bicycle day. But I think we should celebrate the fact that we now have a commercial mainstream holiday.

In the 1950's there's no way a pot holiday would go very well. The powers at be would flip their shit if they heard that kids whose balls haven't dropped are getting high on 4\20 cause it makes you really cool. The police would probably search everybody's butt hole on that day just to keep us safe from dope dealers! There's no way we could have a widespread commercial holiday back then.
 
Currently, my tolerance is extremely low and my money is extremely tight, so i'll only be smoking 2 grams to the face monday night at midnight. However, because my tolerance is so low, i'll still get really ripped. (It's some borderline dank dro too) I plan on smoking 1 g in a bong and 1 g in a bowl.
 
I do not wish to get caught. Why smoke on a day when people expect it?

I guess I would not change my personal smoking habits. I have a good feeling though that my friends will just invite me over to hangout though. <3

It ain't that rare. I know a few people who have it relatively bad and a few who only have tracers... We're talkin' heavy doses of acid, shrooms, mdxx,2-cx and such over a long period of time.
 
lol me and my 2 homies r gonna get a bunch of reflectors and superglew a big 4:20 on the side of the local high school. other than that, we're each gonna get an oz of some superdank Mexican Mayhem each and an oz of reggie to load in a shop vac to smoke out the car. maybe some magic fungus if the weather permits.
