20 year old dihydrocodeine help

Assuming its been stored correctly, it should be completely safe. I've heard stories of people taking 50+ year old pharms that were stored in a cool, dark place away from excessive moisture and they were at 100% potency.

Just follow the usual harm reduction methods, though, take a small sample dose to see how your body reacts and then work your way up from there.
 
90mg of DHC had me on my ass first time. 135mg made me feel ill for two days. I'd try 90mg for a good buzz. It's about 1.5x as potent as Codeine although it depends on your metabolism.
 
Also check to see if your DHC pills have any APAP (Tylenol, acetaminophen, or paracetamol, depending on where you are in the world)...to make sure you're consuming a safe amount of APAP.
 
Yes they are fine. They may have loss some potency in them, but as long as they weren't in a warm, moist, environment they should be fine. I.e - if they were in room temperature they should be good.

But on a side note..

Would you guys recommend Dihydrocodeine to use to get high? I'm kind of a recovering opiate addict; use to blast 100 mg morph, 60 mg ocs a lot. I had quite the tolerance but been clean for a while. I know people are going to say just stay clean but I'm curious of I should get these. I have a good vendor for them.

Didn't mean to hijack your post, but since it's on the subject of DHC, I was curious how people like it...

This ^ Just a little less potent maybe, DHC won't have turned into anything that could harm you or anything like that. Any StrawPipes, I can't give you an opinion on DHC, I don't believe it's available in Canada OTC or prescribed but I'm allergic to codeine so I doubt I'd be able to take it anyways, that's ok codeine sucks and being allergic to it meant I went straight to Percs (5/325, then 20s, 40s, then 80s. Now I'm sitting at 3 80's a day and 4 IR-10's for B/T) in pain management, we don't have hydrocodone in Canada either (not for pain, 5mg pills for cough supressant use, never seen it prescribed for pain strangely, maybe a compounding pharmacy could make you pills if a doctor prescribed it?).

dont worry about it, i want to learn more about all drugs so anything anyone posts here will just shorten my time spent looking arround bl
