I have read about the 'Bromptons coctail' they use in some England hospitals on dying patients:
-Pharmaceutical Diamorphine
-Pharmaceutical Cocaine
-Brandy

Apparently they have a synegestic effect, with stimulants boosting Opi's.

I thought i'd try my own:
-240mg Dihydrocodeine DHCs
-100mg Methylphenidate liquid, plugged
-Couple shots of Vodka.

The effects are pretty cool. Morphine-produced from the DHC, Alc+Methylphenidate producing Ethylphenidate, which according to Wiki, is a stronger, more selective Dopamine reuptake than Methylphenidate alone.

A high, buzzy, mellow combo. I can only imagine what the real thing is like:)

Im sorry don't mean to be a dick or anything but comparing what you took to a Bromptons Cocktail is like comparing a group hug to a clusterfuck.

But I commend your spirit of experimentation. ;) :)

As you stated in your OP.

Bromptons coctails are meant to Euthenize (kill) people

in the interest of harm reduction I dont recommend to anyone to try a Bromptons coctail

not even a half assed attempt at one.

fwiw, the last time i saw a bromptons coctail recipe it had more then heroin, coke, n alcohol on the ingredient list

Bromptons cocktail is NOT euthanasia- it is palliative care. The point of one is to kill or speed up killing and is illegal, the other is to make the patient happy and comfortable while they are alive once the chance of a cure or long-lasting treatment for the actual illness has faded away. Euthanasia would be done with barbiturates (seconal, pentobarbital). The doses in a Brompton's cocktail were below the lethal dose by some margin, but were enough to calm the patient and provide some emotional boost when there is no hope left usually in cancer cases. Some patients with cancer or late stage AIDS still receive high dose amphetamines with their opioids in the UK, and I believe in other countries.
