Hehe. I actually had a bomb of meph the other week and have to admit I quite enjoyed it (for the whole 45-60 minutes it lasts 8)) despite myself. Booze, hash, MDPV, 2C-C, 2C-I and 4-AcO-DMT were also involved though :D

It's honestly nothing at all like MDMA/MDA, in my opinion. If anything it's more like having a lobotomy then taking mediocre coke cut with caffeine and amps - euphoric, speedy, and turns people into the most godawful boring dullards. Fun for one-offs/occasional use though - even Mr Meph Miseryguts here can't deny that

^ Just about. Meph is all but worthless except used in combos, in my opinion. Problem there is it's extreme dodginess - especially used in combos

What is your experience with using the two in combination? I don't agree that keeping the oral dose of mephedrone low <150mg in one session is dodgy mixed with methylone. I would go as far to say this is a safer way to take mephedrone as it would discourage fiending and the need to take a high dose of mephedrone, therefore preventing the accumlication of that dodgy metabolite.

The last two times I have taken a mephedrone/methylone 50/50 mix have been horrendous. It's put me off. Don't get me wrong, the high was great, but it was then followed by 3 days of no sleep, hallucinations etc etc. And I DID NOT take that much. The first time this happened was in Barcelona, here's the report I posted here:

I then tried it again one month later, I thought maybe there were different factors contributing to the Barcelona incident. I took less this time, and the same thing happened.... although I only took the drug in the space of three hours (Midnight-3am Sunday morning), and I couldn't sleep until Tuesday, having been awake since 8am Saturday morning. I had to take the Tuesday and Wednesday off work. I don't know how I managed it on the Monday.

Should I be concerned?

Exactly the same thing happened to me - and I did exactly what you did and it worked!!!!

No lasting effects, no lasting personality changes, no lasting cognitive fatigue, no lasting insomnia - actually sleep irregularities was the last thing to go - but I "reset" my life. Took a fortnight of chilling.

Then I went back to meph - but with rules. I always drink it, and usually after I get into the club or party. First I make sure I am having a good night - then I wash down 300 mg with a scotch. Sometimes at home in front of the t.v. when I am alone... "turn your sandwich into a banquet sorta thing"

How the hell do you get into clubs with a wee baggie??? I've been kicked out twice when I put it in my pocket and once when I had it in my sock!!!! I thought that club bouncers would be interested that I have a good time. I thought the owners wanted me to come in to their club and drink like a fish...???? What the f%*k is this righteous crap ? It's a club - not a church!

So - what's your secret?

I buy it packaged as incense in a little opaque sachet - look for a product called "ardor" you can take into a club, or parliament house - it is very very unassuming looks like an aromatizer.

Damn man... How much are you doing before you go to the club? Are you sweating, chattering, leering at almost any other humanoid, eyes wobbling in small semi-circles with maxed out pupils?

Those are bad stash spots. I stash in between the butt cheeks, or in my mouth somewhere usually. Tieing a string to yo' genitials is good too. A little bag would fit inside the battery backing to a cellphone with only mild modification. I ain't going into my good stash spots either.

Also, stop getting kicked out every time you go. That sort of thing just makes them naturally suspicious of you.

If the club searches you so much, they obviously don't want people meph'd the hell out running around. Clubs sell reputation as much as they do booze. Try to tone down the sketch eh? It might not be the meph they're guarding against, it might be you.

And, what are people experiences with the dreaded chapped lips? It is seriously ridiculous how poor-condition my lips are right now, and I only had 1g friday night, and it's monday morning. I try things like lip-balm and vaseline lip care, but it's like my lips are that damaged, it's like slathering jelly on dead skin; it's just not penetrating.

I've noticed that too - I get a red line of dry dead flaky skin around the edge of my bottom lip which doesn't seem to want to go away, and ridiculously dry and chapped lips. I'd put it down to dehydration/lack of saliva/gurning but I get all those with mdma (to a greater degree) and never had a problem like this!

The line along the edge of my bottom lip looks almost like a scrape or chemical burn. Not good.

^^ I found no closed eye hallucinations on it, but after a 10 hour binge on it, I had trouble recognising objects in that kind of dissociative-style sense. I could look at my window for ages but it would take me around 4 minutes to actually realise it was a window.

Personally I love mephedrone, it's my all-time favourite substance, and I can't stop doing it once I'm in possession of it. I'm saving myself for a couple of weeks though so I can finally experience it in a social situation, which as of yet I haven't done.

Tolerance seems to drop off quite quickly suggesting, in my opinion, that it's not nearly as serotonergic as MDMA. I can take as much mephedrone as I like and I still won't feel like I've run out of serotonin and need to spend 2 months off the drug to replace it. I also definitely feel there is a large adrenergic feeling there, when I'm past the peak the high becomes very jittery.

Overall I'd say epinephrine - 7/10 dopamine - 7/10 serotonin 4/10 (if MDMA was 10)

however I DO find it much, much more empathogenic than MDMA.
Also much more dancey. I can't stop moving in some way or another when I have music on.

As for the comedown, it's more of a stimulant crash in my opinion, and is best avoided.
I also felt a very strange pressure on my temples after taking a large amount of the stuff in one go and getting VERY high. I attribute this to my blood pressure rocketing, so once again I say this drug is better taken in moderation to get pleasantly high rather than completely mashed.

That's excellent advice - but I stopped going to where they kicked me out... bad vibe. I am sure that its not me, its the meph because when they found it the bouncer shouted "another mephedrone" to someone in a back room - and he took my baggie and would not return it. Is he allowed to do that? According to what law?

I'm telling you man... stop buying those zip-loc clear baggies! That is dodgy shit! I have been searched often and when they find my meph they don't even recognise it because it is packaged as a real product. Real graphics, instructions - it has never occurred to them to give it a second glance.

I did it for the first time a couple of weeks ago at a rave and it was amazing.
But the comedown off it is so shitty. i felt so monged for about a week after i did it. and at the moment with all the bad batches floating around you just never know what your getting.

Dealers have started to mix it with all kinds of crap. some of best friends did it at a house party last weekend and one ended up in such a state, crying, paranoid, could barely move and had to be carried to her bedroom. The other was running around talking about the pretty colours and then ended the night rocking in a corner repeating over and over that she was fine... they've never had that reaction to it before and they didnt even do that much. I think 3 lines? maybe 4?

I think its good if your going to do it only a few of times and spread out but the reaction seems to get worse each time you do it. and it hasn't even been tested yet, nobody knows the long term effects on your body. :/

I make sure to always buy it from the same online vendor and my customer loyalty pays off big time because I always get exactly the same thing. Precisely 400mg in tidy alum-foil sachets.

Always precise because the sachets are presealed by machine - not some joe-in-a-basement...

@K-catalyst. Take it orally on an empty stomach in a shot of water. (then spit it on your plants of course)Takes 20 min and lasts WAY more time than snorting, snorting is essentially waste.
