Oxycontin and Benzodiazepines.

Alright, I found out this is the place to ask about this shit so I'm gonna ask a really basic question.

I took 7mg of Oxazepam about 11-12 hours ago to help a bit with an MDMA comedown, and to possibly get some sleep (which i hardly got at all - 4 hours).

Would taking lets say 10mg of Oxycodone (Percs) 11-12 hours after that small dose of Oxazepam be dangerous?

I don't want to know if I'm going to be "alright" or not, I want to know what the risk factors involved are with such a small dose of Oxazepam 11 hours prior to a small dose of Oxycodone.

more suppressed breathing, more drowzy, more euphoric - bit probably not even this as both doses are small

might not be any of these, wouldnt be dangerous as doses are quite low unless your hypersensitive or something

I've got no personal experience with oxazepam but as far as i know 7mg is a very small dose, too small to put you to sleep even after stimulants so there would be little danger mixing with that small amount of oxy

but yeah its best to wait until you're feeling fresher so you can enjoy the oxy more

Not dangerous at all just make sure you dont use bezos and oxy at the same time you could stop breathing

Taking benzodiazepines with opiates is a common practice with opiate abusers but it is, or at least should be something in which you know your own tolerance to both. Regardless, it is still dangerous. Mixing any CNS depressant is.

In your situation, yes, it would be completely safe. 11 hours is enough time to have gone by before being able to take an opiate. Especially since you took Oxazepam because it has a half-life nearly the same amount of time as alprazolam (4-15 hours). It should be basically all the way out of your system. Also, 20mg Oxazepam is roughly equivalent to 10mg Diazepam, so with only taking 7mg, you took an incredibly low dose.
