'Legal Highs' + RC scene and availability in the U.S.?

I was wondering about this after looking at how prevalent mephedrone is in the UK right now while it's pretty difficult to get it in the US and I'm pretty jealous of UKers in that regard.

Now what if any decent RCs or other 'legal' or legal gray area highs are available in the U.S.? Is there anything in particular we are lucky to be able to get here? Stuff that is also obtainable for extraction could fall in here (like mimosa root bark for DMT).

I'm trying to stay clean of drugs I've had a problem with (opiates/opioids mostly) but I still want to explore some other drugs which I most likely wouldn't have a problem with and would help distract me from heroin cravings. Stimulants, RCs, and psychedelics would fall into this category. I also want to avoid having to deal with any street drug dealers who are always trying to rip you off or have questionable product. This is another reason the 'legal' and RC route is appealing because of better known purity, reliability and consistency.

Maybe we can make a list of legal or semi-legal (not for human consumption type stuff) that is available in the U.S.

Just a few off the top of my head (I know there are many more).

DXM (my absolute least favorite drug which I absolutely despise)
Salvia (it's interesting once in a while but overall well, it's jut salvia)
Kratom - I found it pretty enjoyable before I really got into opiates but it i inconsistent.
Nitrous Oxide - it is pretty awesome stuff but if you are going through whippit chargers you will end up going through hundreds if you get into it and it gets expensive plus they aren't the healthiest things for you with that metallic sludge. If you can get a tank then that's another story.

Stuff for extraction:
Mimosa hostilis to extract DMT
Poppy pods

RCs:
?????

I know there is some synthetic cannabinoid availability but I really no nothing about this and looking at the threads it seems pretty overwhelming and I have no idea where to start with the stuff...

So any input or suggestion would be great and i hope this can help some other people. :D
 
the topic is old but the thread is new, its from yesterday...i didnt read the OP but my suggestion is to UTFSE...theres enough been talked about that if you take 5mins and use the search function you can find what you want sbout it

This is far from sourcing, it's a regional discussion about what is avaiablel in an entire massive country. By your standard saying the #4 powder heroin is on the east coast would be worse. There are hundreds of threads about illegal drugs in far more specific area. This is to learn what is out there and available, not where you should buy it from.

I know there are individual threads about everything but this could be useful to many people as a compiled list of legal highs. It's even harm reduction for one since it is safer than buying from drug dealers and could save people from getting into legal trouble. By safe I mean you don't have to deal with shady violent drug dealers that are always trying to rip you off, cutting drugs with sometimes harmful crap, and could potentially put you in a situation where you're at risk of bodily harm.

In addition to having a complete list of legal highs I would like to add links to their respective megathreads or other information to learn about them on an individual basis including what the health risks are. There could also be some general information here regarding what is safer and what is more dangerous/harmful.
 
What does "available in the US" mean then? How could a "legal high" not be available in every country equally?
 
the US is really starting to pick up, fuck. mephedrones the uk's version of ur crystal meph, its almost that bad here lol.

Uh, what is available here could be illegal or nearly impossible to find in other countries. Try finding some salvia extract in a Nigerian head shop. 8)
 
The same options are available here that are in the Uk......methylone, butylone, mephedrone, buphedrone, flephedrone,MDPV, 2c's... My favorite is mephedrone and I enjoy MDPV sometimes.

Well you cannot sell mephedrone in a head shop, so what does that example have to do with anything? In the USA we have these organizations called the DEA and FDA, and they don't allow retail stores to sell stuff like mephedrone.

Mephedrone is available equally in every country worldwide...

The explanation of how/why my previous statement is true is source discussion and not on topic for Bluelight.

It is available (or at least was) for sale in headshops in the UK. It is outright b& in other nations. And in a grey area in others. Many vendors sell EU/UK exclusively.




If you know the right people, you can get anything. You just have to look ;). The EU has a lot of legal high vendors because there is a lot of demand and everything is closely condensed, amongst other reasons, IMHO. While in the US we got a lot more drugs (and at better quality too!) than the europeans, so we don't need to 'resort' to legal things.

This mentions drugs one could get, not the sources from which they are obtained.
 
I don't understand. There's no mephedrone available in the USA except what would be sent via postal services. It's completely illegal to sell the stuff to drug users here. It's not FDA approved and if the DEA catches anyone selling it alongside drug paraphernalia they'll charge them using the Federal Analog Act. In the UK it's legal.

It doesn't matter what specific vendors have for policies, there are plenty of vendors which will ship to every country of the world. They claim it's the customer's responsibility to read up on any laws that may apply.
 
What don't you understand? Mephedrone is legal in the UK. So it's availability is greater than most nations.

Also Mephedrone doesn't have to be sold for human consumption.


And while that's true, the larger business vendors of Mephedrone in the EU are EU only.
 
BTW, in the circumstances in which mephedrone would be legal in the US as a raw material for non-human consumption, any US based vendor would certainly ship it out internationally without facing any consequences.
 
I mean... what do mimosa and poppy pods have to do with anything? Those are both illegal in the US.

In the US, RCs are all illegal if sold in dosage form or "on the street" or in a shop with drug paraphernalia or drug themed content. See the recent Bouncing Bear Botanicals case for validation of my claims.

In the US, a packet of 4-methylmethcathinone in an envelope delivered to an address that doesn't have illegal drugs or paraphernalia located behind its door, is legal. So anyone can feel free to import it legally from any other country. This makes its availability ubiquitous.
 
Believe it or not-I used Immodium AD's. Not a placebo effect either. Say what you will but for me it does cross the BBB. I even had a habit off them things. Nitrous oxide is an alright "legal" high
 
Doesn't sound like sourcing, sounds like the OP is just wondering what RC's and other "legal highs" are available in the US vs the UK or Europe in general...with all the talk about the various designer stimulants floating around the UK these days.
 
Once again, what the hell would 'available' mean if not a discussion of where to get it from? It's not a "street drug", it is shipped to every country.
 
Sorry Coolio, I meant to say "most common" in the US, or specifically cities. I know the various RCs are available.

My mistake man, no hard feelings.

It would be interesting to know which cities in the US have more (or less) of the various RCs....
