It would be better at taking the anxiety off the pv I would have thought due to the duration? Without being flat out on vals all the time if you get me. Correct me if I'm wrong, I just thought the half-life is much shorter. But I suppose you are right as he'd end up using more. The duration of pv and xanax are much closer to each other than pv and valium though.
 
I think the problem isn't which benzo its probably more the fact its in powder form.

If you're going to abuse any benzos its better to go for a longer acting one, shorter half-life will just be harder to get off/more risk of seizure etc

Your right it is.

Just weighed out my stash and it works out at 60mg/day minus what was given out / dropped.
Prety sure benzos only came into it max 2 weeks ago though, but then again not 100% sure.

This withdrawal should be good 8) how did I let this happen :X
 
Quit while your ahead then. If you stop now it probably wouldn't be that bad. If you keep going with the pv and/or benzos this is going to end badly man.
 
It varies as to how to long you can binge for and get withdrawals. Your best bet is just to get rid of it and seeing as you're relatively new to benzos you should get off smoothly. You'll just end up ruining benzos for yourself forever if you carry on, you'll just end up addicted and need to get on a taper which takes ages to get off.

I've binged for a month with a long acting benzo powder and avoided any withdrawals whatsoever, but my luck ran out when I was using them to take the edge off/comedown from PV/psyches for about a month I had some seriously shitty withdrawals (then rebound anxiety for ages cause I could never take a long enough break.)
 
When I did the gram week binge I didn't really feel any comedown. I have a prescription for 20mg temazepam for sleeping as I said so hopefully sleep souldn't be a problem (even though it is a lot weaker...).

GBL, melatonin and zolpidem are also on hand if not, or would any of those be dangerous in anyway?
 
Guessing you didn't tell your doctor about the diaz? Really wouldn't think he'd have given you a temaz script had he known...

Try not to worry about the withdrawals, just see how it goes, odds are you'll be fine if you stop right now, give the stims a rest and you'll be able to get some sleep without benzos or any other downers.

I wouldn't bother with those 3 other drugs, you've already got temazepam if you can't sleep.
 
I don't usually get bad comedowns most of the time anyways, just hope that the temazepam is active edit due to cross tollerance? Part of the sleep problems were the PV in the 1st place I guess anyway, with it out of the way sleeping should me easy...

Right I am going to leave this thread alone for a bit, thanks to those that helped :)

Sadly it is so easily available and chaeap on the net, but I have basically stopped drinking so silly things like that don't happen.

Yeah man Evad is right, better to quit now than continue and make things worse. :)

Perfect haze, it doesn't ever really get you twatted tbh. Watch out, going into one thing looking for another is a recipe for disaster mate.

I know i fucked up bad but have got rid of it now... think it's called addiction.

I don't know that it is called addiction, people are too quick too relinquish any responsibility for their actions with the magic a word.
I think you took loads of benzos and uppers and they made you act like a dick for a while is more accurate. Hope your landing back on earth is swift and painless <3
