Damn, just lost a long ass p.m. to alteknj as I didn't know about the Bluelighter status thing. Read those faqs I guess. Basically I'm in the Leigh Valley area, and it's mostly phone run-around and mediocre to garbage. Haven't been in the NE in a minute and am looking to make a Philly run like alteknj spoke of. Heard about the Godfather stamp, and some other shit in the old standby but that might be old news. Also had the same experience coping from latino cats in the NE (and LA), shit just seemed nice & professional (not 100% of course!) I think the stamp/seal style up here has something to do with it to, limiting the fucking around. Good to hear cops are letting people do their thing for the most part, I remember that sunshine shit a ways back when they were out on lawnchairs on the block!

Is Bmore really as low profile as far as cops go? I'm definitely looking for something like that, not that I'm on paper or anything, just looking to minimize the hassles (who isn't?) Any Philly heads wanna comment on that topic?
 
Yeah it shouldn't except I am white and stick out like a sore thumb in west baltimore.... Cops know y I am there.... not worth it.

So go there get someones number and meet them in a neighborhood where your ass dont stick out and if the cops fuck with you , you have nothing on you in the bad areas " " if it really is that bad

That is what I am doing, relying on someone else to scam me knowing I am trying to lay low. It's the price I pay, I understand it is under my control man.
 
i always say rushhour is the best time to cop...like leaving your place when its still light out but when you get to the shady part its just starting to get dark and by the time you cop and get out, its already dark...you know go not too early where everyone can see in your car and not too late where you really have no business being there at that time...

i dunno the cover of darkness always gives me that false sense of security..thats all i need really though..

Dude, I am white to. Thing is, yea the cops know why you are there, but they dont have the time and resources to process stupid possession charges. That is why certain portions of the west side are wide open. As long as you stay in your car, do the deed real quickly, and get out, you are straight.

ok yea, I would definitley get that taken care of. They look at out of state plates as people coming in to do big buys. They will totally look out for that. I think you could get away with doing the on foot thing if you arent scared of the ghetto.

I've never seen anything branded here, just stuff in baggie corners, which are EXTREMELY hit or miss. That is if you can even pick up. I'm in Worcester, and the area you would go is so brutal now, you get robbed/beat 9 times out of ten.
 
So, i'm kinda curious....what's the dope like in Montreal? just moved here. I'd assume it would be good due to the Middle Easterners/Indian connection, but is it glassine bags like one would get in jerz or philly? is the doap snortable quality or what? are the prices/amount comparable to shit on the east coast? sorry for the abrupt questions. i'm more of a pk guy but as yall know, whatever works.
 
Interesting thread, thanks to the b-more heads for putting some info in, i am right inbetwen b-more and philly, been going the whole way to nyc for D cuz I had a pretty good connect there but the last few times have been shit so looking for some new spots to check. But b-more sounds good simply because it isnt nearly as hot as philly or jerz . I used to sell alot of glass down in btl and its probably the only city i have sold glass in here on the east coast where the headshops never got raided, ever.

I agree about the cover of darkness and the rush hour cop. This was always my preferred time to cop. More traffic so you don't stand out and you always have a reason for being in the neighborhood (driving home from work, etc.).

Whenever I copped at night 8pm and later, I had no excuse for being in those areas and less traffic on the road would make me stick out more. Plus in Newark they have the "train" (4 or 5 cars filled with 4 cops in each driving single file) that rides around at night picking up anyone they see on the street or pulling over anyone who looks suspicous.

However, it became so there was NEVER any safe time to cop. Thankfully, I don't frequent those areas much and generally stick with the NYC delivery services.

I wish they had a delivery service here, I live right outside baltimore and with my plates the way they are... if only to be in NY again.
 
i always thought that was so crazy a fuckin drug delivery service? i would to have a ny connect like that.
