make sure you cook the tar too, before you snort it. Powder's great, but tar can be just as good. Break it down real fine, and then water, cook it a little bit, then snort and you should be good. If you have a super low tolerance, though, I imagine you could just you the water and mix it up with something, and then when you want to redose just do the same thing with the dope remnants.

I'm originally from Memphis and all the dope there I'm pretty positive comes down from Chicago. I just had a question if you wouldn't mind, how does your dope come packaged? Is it in stamped bags or just foil? Just wondering, thankswhere you talkin to me? i assume so but you said chingy
if you coppin off the street in chicago your most likely gonna get a foil in a plastic bag sealed with a piece of tape or a staple..sometimes the dope is just in the plastic bag no foil
me persoanlly i do ntcop off the street i use a phone connect and my dope comes in capsules

Had me out there in the dessert suckin my own dick in no time if u know what i mean. i seriously underestimated the potency of BT being a dirty Jerz cat n all and hearing everyone out there be like "ohhh shit u get that powder" yea me get that powder in jersey but that tar aint nothin to sleep on either if you got ur connection right. There's really no open air market here either. Or at least not that I know of. Most of it's phone connect or get really really really lucky.
Thanks though I was just curious.yea i think the open air market exists mainly for the fact that the "hood" is a very short distance to the not so bad gentrified areas..ya know its not so segregated so its easy for a white person to go into a general black area with out being too out of place, at the right times of course or for your connect to meet you in the nicer part so one doesnt have to travel to the hood...my connect wont have me come to the hood, he actually bitched me out one time for sayin i was thinkin of riding to the block "he goes you wanna get your car took and get arrested for being in that area? thats why i meet you over here"..now i know he just wants to keep his connects but hes right, why not jump in the car and meet me a mile down the road where white people actually live instead of having me come to him into the hood where its 98% is black and got business really.
now i dont know how memphis is but i assume being in the south its a little more segregated and a white person might stick out a little morebarry351

I live in bellingham wash and the past few years there has been total crap tar candy like heroin its so bad i bet a non user barely feel it, its one of the reasons I got on buprenorphine. I live 30 miles from canada where china white is most prevalent and have never seen white here, I cant figure it out its so close and never seen it. I drive to seattle and same thing no white only low grade tar. a friend has been driving 4 hours south and its tar but a little better. I would like to know where in the usa is the best heroin sold ? also where on the west coast is the best tar sold just curious ?

Every SINGLE thing you said there is exactly like it is in Camden...down to the price being more, the ethnicity of your average dealer, the blatant open-air, and the smaller square bags in heatseals as opposed to the standard rest-of-NJ-taped-rectangle, and everything else. That's something that doesn't get addressed on here a lot just because price discussion is generally frowned upon: bags in Camden and Philly cost more than virtually any other Jersey city on average. I've always accepted it because stamps stick around for a year or so, same dope, same people, in Camden sometimes. That and it's the closest dope city to me, and on average the quality is higher in my experience as well. But yeah when Camden's untouchably hot like it is right now, Philly's always another safe bet for people in my area.

This is the thing I don't understand, being a guy from NORTH Jersey (Newark, Paterson, Jersey City, etc) and NYC. The bags are always usually the same size, packaged the same with four folds and taped. Always rubber banded in a bundle and in a brick it's 5 separate bundles wrapped in Porno magazine paper very nicely. Can't discuss price here, but it's generally usually between a certain amount and certain amount.. an average high and low. Usually aren't too far apart. Catch my drift?
Now I was new to Philly but expected to pay what I did for a bag. Packaging is different, the atmosphere is different, each block/set is run like a business at least the good ones are, and there are TONS of them EVERYWHERE in the right neighborhood(s). The one I was in is pretty notorious for drugs, specifically dope. So anyway, I was impressed. Count and quality was good, but I paid what I paid for X amount of bags. Didn't mind. Now I hear you can get discounts if you buy bundles, which equates to the pricing of North Jersey average bags on a level. But bundles in Philly are 13-14? I don't even know. I was told 13, but someone said 14. I didn't buy a bundle, but have been told you can get 14 (a bundle) for a certain price which makes it very close to an AVERAGE 14 bags bought up North. Now, if you know the main dude running the set or a good dealer and have a good relationship/known for a while, then I'm sure you can get even better deals and bags for cheaper.. but I'm talking buying straight off the street.

Buying straight off the street on 3 different spots in North Jersey (Newark, Paterson) you will usually get good product, but price can vary. Some spots sell cheaper bags, discounts on bundles, bricks, 2fors, etc. I really wasn't getting that vibe in Philly, I did a little shopping and have only been there once so I really can't say I KNOW the scene, but I took my shot and had success easily. It seems it's a set price per bag, if you want a bundle you talk, it might vary slightly per dealer and that's it. I don't know much about buying anything more like bricks or even grams (which I am sure you can get in Philly pretty easy). It's a different market, and if Camden is like Philly like you say, why do I hear bundles in Camden are 10 bags like the rest of NJ? And I never heard of the sealed bags in Camden. You have educated me now. Always been curious of Camden. It's SO close to Philly, but I thought the markets were different, but I guess I was wrong. There are WAY too many spots/dealers and like 5x the drug addicts wandering the streets of the neighborhood, it is ridiculous. Cops not bothering anyone really. Fighting the real crimes.. the violent crimes; shootings, rapes, robberies, aiding people in accidents, etc.
I had a conception of the Philly heroin market, but it has been completely blown away now that I have been there and experienced it. Park your car and walk around on foot, you won't get far in your car, it's tough. Lot's of sets are set up, where the guys won't come to your car. You just have to go up to them and they will take you to a trap house or have you wait around the corner while they get the stash. I walked around the blocks, hearing the stamp names yelled out everywhere. All the dealers, latino; Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, Cubans, Colombians. Then again I was in the Latino neighborhood, but that is where the good dope is. I feel like they do better business than black dealers, not to sound racist. I am used to the blacks of North NJ, but the latinos got it on lock in Philly. Opened my eyes up. Good experience. I felt pretty safe in regards to the cops and I was on foot (a first). I always use a car in North NJ to roll up to the spot. But that's picking up heat anywhere. Definitely good dope, good quantity, etc. Somewhere I'd like to learn more of in regards to the marketplace. I was happy I went. And it's about the same distance to my house than Newark.

A bundle in Camden is normally 11 bags. Sometimes, you can find someone who will give 12, but the diesel probably isn't as good. If you have connections off the street, you can get 14 in a bundle in Camden. Sometimes, they will do that in the projects as well, just depends on how well you deal with them.
A lot of the dealers will give the crackheads a free bag if they bring someone to them to buy a bundle, which is 11 bags. So, the dealers are willing to give 12 bags in a bundle if you directly to them and don't mess with a crackhead to take you to a spot. Then the crackhead gets a bag from you for hooking it up, and a bag from the dealer for bringing you to them.

So, I am new to Bluelight and New to the Denver area. I am from Philly and as most can see in really any thread about dope, heroin is very very easy to get in Philly. So, and Im not sourcing, but would I be able to cop the same way out here as in Philly? I know it is tar here, but if I happen to find a spot to go, and the way things are going I probably will not, do I have to walk down the block or will they come to my window? Do I need to look out for Mexicans or black boys? Bigger question may be is there really an open-air kinda thing here like back East?
Again, Im not sourcing, but hoing to get some info to help me out.Back home it was very easy. Know the block, pull up, hop out and 10 Puerto Ricans are serving you. How much different will it be for me out here in Denver?
