A lot of people rate the reports, based on the pills.

It's getting better, but I still think it would be a good idea, if you guys implemented another rating system.

So there's Report Rating, and Pill rating, because it seems like other people who have tested the same pill, seem to go to other reports and leave opinions that their roll was similar, harder, or softer.


Like if there was a Piperazine Snoopy, and the Report was highly detailed, it would be a 10/10,
But the pipe would be rated a 1/10

On the other hand, a nice pokeball was put up, but with a poorly described description, the report could be a 3/10, but the pill an 8/10.

If you can afford to drop $10-$15 a tab on E then you can afford to drop $25 on a Marquis kit and test your pills. If you're buying your pills from someone that won't let you test one or getting them inside the club where you can't test, then that's kind of bogus.

I've seen pill reports put up raving about how great X pill was. Not two months later I'll run across the same exact pill in the same area as the report and it's a pipe bomb. Hell, I think the reports just fuel the fake pill copy-cat craze. If the shady ass scumbags passing out bad shit didn't have reports to read about which pills were awesome then maybe it'd take them longer than a month to copy the shit.

pillreports is a great site and has helped me immensly!!!!
even with the copycat pills showing up pillreports helps you define the difrences between the good and bad batches as there are always small differences
i agree tho that there should be a new rating system like vincentOnE said

Dude, staying off topic, Pillreports, especially for people who still refguse to buy test kits, saves lives and prevents really bad trips.

Yeah, I've bought from people who wont let me test before, and he's sold me some of the best pills (I can't buy JUST one to test before I buy a bunch)

Pill reports can keep people from buying shitty pills, and from there, dealers have less of a chance to sell em.

And if pills are awesome, there's a lot more chance people will buy them because of pill reports.

Based off of pillreports, I wont even buy that first pill to start if it's a known pipe or bunk.

Not to toot my horn or endanger my safety, but I'm quite responsible for a large majority of people in my area's choice of pills.

And because of me, a lot of dealers with shitty pills have gotten a LOT less business,

and a lot of dealers with good pills have been getting more, therefore the good pills will be in higher demand, and the shitty pills, as well as damaging chemicals, have been sold a lot less.

Pill reports is pro man. Pillreports + Testing kits = pro as fuck.

We know the rating system needs to be addressed as like you say, people rate the pill and not the report. We have been asking around for ages to get some coding work done around the site and have a few new things added etc but were struggling to have the work done for free.

We were thinking that maybe have the rate the report thumb icon added to the reply/comment box so more people actually use it? What do you think?

People use the site to find out what pills are around and what have been reported as dangerous/adulterated. If a pill is reported as dangerous then everyone can simply avoid buying it in the first place (no need to test). When your using the site it’s just as important to read the comments as the report as some posters do get it wrong. I’m yet to see any report on a piperazine pill or meth bomb that is reported as clean with no negative comments from our users.

If you read the site you will see that there are more new piperazine presses than there is copy cats of well known pills. Surely warning people about these adulterated pills as soon as possible is more important than not giving a dirty presser an idea for a good stamp.

First off, you sound a bit defensive. I wasn't attacking you, just pointing out how truly ineffective those pill-reports can be and how they aren't a good way for people to find out whether they have good stuff.

Again, don't take this personally. I just see it as kind of a cop out. People would rather go on a website and take the word of random people over doing the work themselves with a testing kit.

I know for a fact that there was a dealer out of Dallas that was posting fake reports about his bunk pills. Things were pure trash and he was on there talking them up, saying they were pure MDMA, blah blah blah. I know people read those reports, believed them, and then went and got bad pills and had bad trips.

Pillreports is supposed to be about harm reduction. And I suppose to an extent is does do that. But to me it just seems to promote bad behavior.

Also, I've never met a dealer who wouldn't let me buy one pill and test it. Unless he was selling absolute junk, of course.

Usually, I base my (permanent) opinions off of tested reports.
pillreports just feels like a helpfull community to me, and there's still a bunch of kids ( like, a lot of my friends ), who wont buy test kits, and don't wanna get shitty pills, but wanna get high. Pill reports can still be beneficial to those.
There's times where I wont even waste my time, or 5 dollars, to begin on a pill that's been known bad with many reports.

Most pressers don't copy an already bad pilll.


Iffy pills, with some good and some bad, I'd rather avoid as to not wast my time and my dealer thinking I'm picky, bad for business. Since the common dealer in my area has kids buying from him just to get high left and right, he'll be selling shitty pills anyways, I'd just be pissing a possible better source later off.

I don't wanna waste my time or money testing pills every time I hear of something new either.

If I tested every pill I've heard of, since I moved to this town 9 months ago, I would've wasted over 300 dollars Buying single pills.

But pillreports saved me that time and money, and every pill I've taken since my first shitty roll, has been reports in which were lovely pills,

and each pill I took was just the same as the report, and I reported them just the same to contribute back into the community.

All I know is that Pillreports helps me save time, money, and stay healthier.

I give IQ tests a lot and people don't realize that what you're really looking for are extremes (statistically significant differences). There really is no difference between someone with an IQ of 103 and someone with say, a 91.

I look at pillreports the same way. Helps differentiate the extremes, the dank and the bunk, which is very valuable. There are just tooooo many variables that affect a roll to have any fine measurements (setting, previous usage, route of administration, expectations, general health, other substances, dosage, timing of dosage, etc., etc.)

But there are some pretty observant people on pillreports, that keep track , and post their body weight, time between last roll.

Like me, I post every roll I have on pillreports so those that wanna check my tolerance can read past reports, see the time in between my last roll, and how each pill affected me ;o
 
I keep a "roll journal" so I can ultimately find the recipe for the "perfect roll"!

I wish more did do that on pillreports but there's a lot that lack info. I mean look at how few even test their pills!!!!!!!!

Agreed, although my agreeal is hypocritical because I don't put tests up on pill reports, I just carry marquis to determine bunks usually.

So, I was kinda feeling bad about what I posted here in regards to Pillreports. I thought I came off a little harsh towards Vincent and the dude does drink his own piss so he's committed to a good roll, ya know? Thats a guy I can respect. ;)

Anyway, I was feeling a little guilty, so I went and posted up a report after running across some new tabs. I ran a Marquis test and a buddy of mine used them (I'm waiting until this weekend for an event I'm going to). They're completely legit pills.

Then, sure enough, some dude jumps into the comments section of my report and completely blasts these tabs. Says he had the exact same ones and that they were completely bunk, nothing but speed, kept him up for over a day, and dyed his fingers blue or some other retarded shit.

Obviously I need to get a pic up (goddamn you shitty camera phone!), but it just goes to show how lame Pillreports can be. It takes one idiot trying to spread disinformation to ruin how people see a tab. Or, it's dealers copying shit and selling bunk stuff to throw people off. Either way, it doesn't help anyone out that much, you know?

I think that definitely needs to be added. I know so many people who rate based on the pill, not the details of the report.
