I was hanging out in my garage with 3 other friends and we were smoking weed resin out of a steamroller and after I took my first hit, I started to get a sharp pain on the left side of my chest and it grew more severe with each passing moment. Then I realized how much I was over heating and I started to perspire a lot. So I stood up, so I could take deeper breaths then I fainted. I awoke a few seconds later with my friends around me laying my down. After I woke up it was extremely difficult to see and my asshole for some reason felt like it was burning and I had extreme sinus pressure and everything sounded muffled. I told my friends I wanted to go to the hospital and on our way there my vision slowly came back to me. And the pain had stopped. I drank a snapple and still felt weak walking on my own, but I could still manage. And i was just wondering what happened? Cause I haven't smoked only for a day, but before that I usually smoked daily and smoked alot. So anyone please let me know would be really appreciated.

I'm guessing this was either triggered by weed or not caused by it at all. Rather something else may have caused this. Are you on any other medication?

OP, you apparently didn't make it to the hospital. Its too tough for anyone to diagnose you over the internet. If you hadn't smoked before, I'd say allergic reaction but, you have. When you smoke again (and you will) take it easy to make sure you're OK first.
Other than that its virtually impossible for us to help you.

GOD plz dont be the first person to go to the hospital for weed .. youll be fine iv felt light headed after smoking and very shaky .. and whatever the heck that steam roller thing ur smoking out of prob caused it im 100% sure it wasn't the weed ..

plz ppl stick to original methods of smoking such as pipes bongs joints and tobacco paper

Well first off, I advise against smoking resin because its pretty unhealthy for your lungs and just plain dirty but honestly I think you just stood up too fast. Its happened to me before, I smoked for a long time while sitting on a couch and got reallyyy baked, stood up to go piss and blacked out.
I honestly wouldn't worry about it until it starts happening more frequently. Might be a sign of poor blood circulation somewhere in your body?

you guys seem to be focused on the fact that he stood up to quick causing him to faint, but he started experiencing the symptoms before he stood ie: the chest pains and profound sweating while he was still sitting.
i'd go to the doc for a full physical. what you experienced sounds a lot more serious then the average "white out". the problems you had with your vision and hearing after you awoke, and having those feelings last for a bit is not a normal reaction.
