Does taking acid really make anyone enlightened? I think it gives most people a few hours feeling pleasant and then the next day they go back to being the same twat they always were.

Sounds like most of the people on shroomery lol. It's weird how drug forums are split between those who are neurologically minded in thought and weird hippie dippie bullshit. (btdubz I wouldn't call you out if your hippie dippie bullshit if it wasn't totally irrelevant and extra stupid. I guarantee you your bag of bud would be first dibs if you were getting robbed. )

Umm... the mafia and other gangs/criminal groups definitely sell weed. And most people don't grow their own. Also, most of the synthetic RCs come from China, not the mafia or other organized crime groups.

Very true...that's always been my understanding of karma. Negative acts diminish the individual that perpetrates the act. On the other hand, good acts bring happiness and elevate the doer. That's probably a naive understanding of karma, but it's the only one that has made sense to me.

I'm surprised by the number of individuals advocating revenge. While it is certainly a gut reaction for most people, it achieves nothing and only diminishes both individuals in the end. I've had a friend steal from me, and I've been cheated when attempting to acquire psychedelics on more than one occasion, but in both cases, the individuals doing the cheating and stealing were very unhappy people. No revenge required, the effects of karma are realized within the individual himself.

Well ayahuasca and iboga are both great things. They don't make anyone "enlightened" though! 8)

But yeah.......I don't understand how anyone can write-off LSD as being an inferior psychedelic.... For me personally, as well as countless others I've known, LSD has been the catalyst for very intense, life-changing shifts of perspecitve.

And Ismene, frankly I find your tone to be quite pejorative. I bet if you gave people a chance instead of dismissing them as "twats", you might actually discover beauty and light in some of those people. :\

i just had to point out, that everyone i've ever got acid from has been more relaxed, polite, chill, and easier to deal with than most of the people i've got weed from. i've gotten robbed several times for weed and money involving weed. the worst i've ever got ripped off on acid was getting 2 bunk hits. granted, i've bought WAY more weed than acid, but that's just my experience.
i've known weed dealers with guns. no acid dealers though

Beating someone for stealing is a little fucked IMO. Especially if said theft is motivated by a disease (addiction).
 
^ I agree. I also think there's some irony in advocating violence towards another human on a psychedelic forum, given the revelations of unity and interconnectedness that are at the heart of the psychedelic experience. Physical punishment will not help this person in any way, and I think it may harm you profoundly.
 
just happened to my friend today at a party dude pretended to jump him then did when he was peaking on 25cnbome took like 6mg of 25cnbome and like 5 dollars worth of cannaboids, i kept laughing at him being like if u need the money that bad take it, i told him the 25c is now cursed, what a fucked up thing to do though.

erm addiction is a disease ??? really ! can you catch it like the flu ?, that's as bad as people who say obesity is a disease.
