I doubt that's happening anytime soon in the UK. It's more popular than ever.
 
Might be a shartage since they started executing all the chinese chemists who were knocking it out.

Just spoke to a contact in LEEDS - Its still around but the dealers are unable to get more supplies. STOCK UP NOW IF YOU'RE IN LEEDS!
 
Guy I usually get it off in Leeds said he can't get any at the mo either. This was 2 weeks ago. Good job I'm laying off it for a bit - kidneys are hurting!
 
There seems to be quite a lot around London, no word of shortage.

I don't know about technical difficulty but you would need a professional lab to make it I believe.
 
I'm so glad I don't do ket any more. Time's like this used to piss me off
