oxycodone dosage

Ok so Just dosed up on 5mg phenergan and if i would take without the phenergan 200mg Tramadol, 10mg oxycodone and 120mg of codeine, Should I just halve everything?

I wouldn't go that far, 5mg shouldn't be too sedating, maybe lower your doseage by 20% and see how you feel.
Do u guys take the Phenergan before u take the oxys or after?

I try to take it 20 minutes or so beforehand, so it has a chance to take effect before the opiates kick in.
 
I usually get pretty sick when it starts to wear off or the next day after i wake up if i have a big dose. Safe to dose it more than once like a bit later? Also how well does it prevent nausea? I have to exactly calculate my oxy dose and work my way up if i dont want to be sick.

Id luv to have a nice strong dose, i dont nod anymore on 30mg oxy and 120mg codeine :( Say if i increased the dose to 50mg how well would it prevent the sickness? (i get very sick on 30/40mg +)

At least 30-15 minutes before hand, more if you've eaten, less if you haven't, this is so that it is in effect when the opiates attempt to cause the histamine reaction as mentioned.

Promethazine (phenergan) has a very long half life so you shouldn't need to re-dose, should last up to 12 hours.

Would u say it eliminates the sickness totally or just somewhat? Planning on taking a bigger dose to get the nod:) but without the sickness.
 
Also read that the high will be shortened if the Phenergan is taken before the oxy kicks in. Is this true?

100% elimination of sickness from all opiates I've tried it with

Nope it is a potentiator so it will increase the overall high and duration of the oxycodone.

Just remember because of the long half life of promethazine if you take say 50mg you will feel drowsy, groggy, dry mouth ,forgetful for over a day.

Really recommend sticking to the lowest dose possible, also if you are dosing daily you only really need to take it every second day, it isn't as effective, but it will still stop some of the nausea.
