I had an other thread tha someone asked why I injected coaxil the Antidepressant. Well It is a highley abused drug in Europe. It also acts on the endorphin system giving the same high as the standard opiates. I never once seen a thread on it but It is a very euphoric drug with a really nice rush. Only problem is that it last's about 30 minutes but that is for IV and It is not recommended since you have to shoot 15-30 pills at a time. Just consuming the pills gives a nice high that is neuroprotective and very hard to od on also the high lasts aroud 1hour-1:30 tops. Anyone else have any more experince with the drug? I would like to hear about it.
 
Coaxil is tianeptine (aka Stablon), which is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Enhancer. Its not available in the US. It increases dopamine in the nucleus accumbens but as far as I know if it has an opioid action its not known. I just read the wiki page for it, and there's a section on abuse of it...it says there's been cases of thrombosis and necrosis.

Also...in what way is it supposedly "neuroprotective"?
 
I don't know why it just is. It has no action on the opiate receptors but has effects on the endorphin system. It pinpoints the pupils gives the same high constipation, euphoria everything. Read the abuse section it says that once it is shot it gives a similar high to opiates but it does not have to be IV'ed.
 
Do you live in Europe? Or do you import them? I'm not asking for sources or anything. Are these effects only with a massive dose?
 
It's not available here in the U.S., but the wiki page claims it has a short-lived stimulant effect and then anxiolytic properties without a sedative.

It also claims when injected it has opiate like properties. Seems like a lot of people inject, but this page claims that the pills do not fully dissolve. Shooting one pill that isn't fully dissolved is dangerous, shooting 15-30 sounds crazy.

Can I ask how you go about filtering?

Sounds like a very fucking cool pills, but it seems like it would be damn pleasant just taken orally.
 
There's an article Here about people injecting Coaxil in Russia.

It may be hard to OD on but it seems a lot easier to lose a limb from doing this. I strongly advise you to stop, and just take them orally.
I hope you are filtering well... Proceed with extreme caution.
 
I second that...take them orally. Banging 15-30 pills known for causing gangrene is just dumb. Especially for a 30 minute buzz from an antidepressant...if you're dead set on IVing shit, get some drugs that won't make you end up looking like a peg-legged pirate.

Endorphin is a portmanteau of "endogenous" and "morphine". Endorphins are opioid polypeptides that the body produces and they work by binding to the opioid receptors (with a high affinity for mu1).... so it can't affect the "endorphin" system but not the "opiate receptors".
 
^He's right. Tianeptine likely has a very low affinity for opioid receptors. So low it doesn't produce the effects at a normal dose, just at 30 pills.
 
^its definitely possible but I don't know enough about that drug's pharmacology so I can't comment. I was just pointing out that what he stated about endorphins and 'opiate' receptors didn't make sense.

This is certainly an interesting new drug for its intended purpose and if it does have recreational effects and people are abusing it, I hope we can get more information and experiences on this.
 
Pills dissolve fully in hot water then people use 20g syringes and put cotton inside and filter into a cup. It effects the endo opite system like someone pointed out and yes you need massive dose like 15-30 pills. It is abused here alot and it has no stimulant effect at all. It has the exact same effect as any opiate dose no difference. Once it is injected all day the the effects extened to a couple hours. I have shot upto 55 pills in a day but I stopped using. The reason I created this thread is because no one has heard about this drug and it highly abused in eastern europe. I live in georgia at the moment as an anti-depressant it works good but the next day you are more depressed and the wd's are just like any opiate w/d its a very interesting drug. I wonder How my health is I have shot about 300 quaxil pills am I in any danger? It has been a week since I stopped using. Cane I am not sure how it effects the opiate receptors but it has effects on the opiate receptors for sure.

Hey... how are You now? Did You manage to not take it anymore? My brother has started to take this and we are desperately searching a way to get out f this.
Does anybody have any help for getting out of koaksil (coaxil)??? Please help
 
has anyone successfully detoxed themselve off this drug?

i know people who take 180-200 tablets of this drug orally to get a nice buzz that is similar to opiates.

if anyone knows how to get off this drug i would love to hear from you.

It all starts with 3 a day and people end up injecting this and having limbs amuputated. Its really sad.

Anyone pls help?
 
An opiate is an opiate is an opiate. Nothing else really feels the same to me. Plus opiates are the only product that tickles your.... *drumroll* opiate receptors.
 
I took as an antidepressant and it never made me high. Actually, I wondered for a long time if this drug wasn't just placebo because I could take my whole daily dose at once in the morning and feel nothing even repeating it during the day.
 
I have seen at least one RC seller offering what is ostensibly pure powdered tieneptine, so it may be available in the US for those who are diligent in their Googling.

Question: how water-soluble is tieneptine itself? I wonder how much of the Coaxil damage comes from shooting the binders and fillers and how much, if any, may have to do with other effects of tieneptine. I'm not interested in experimenting myself - I haven't IVed so far and if I did I'd probably do some plain ol' Jersey H rather than poking myself with a chemical that may cause body parts to drop off. (I'm rather attached to my body parts, thankyouverymuch).
