Theres also a "How High Are You?" thread in Drug Culture. If you feel the need to express what your on, about to take, been taking etc... go there and say it. Bluelight caters for most of your posting desires if you just check out the other forums.

I never contributed much to the social thread in AusDD but it looks like quite a few people enjoyed it and used it for the right reasons (being social). I was guilty of posting some stuff that shouldn't have been in there, like going into detail about plugging codeine, but that was mainly for entertainment purposes, but I guess I'm a bit weird like that. I wasn't a big contributer and still probably wouldn't be if it was reopened but I agree that it deserves another chance.

Grats again to the new mods, great choices and good luck to you, hope everyone finds their pants ;)
 
I enjoyed the social thread hyroller

Even before seeing things from the Mod side of the fence, I could see how it could be problematic and was surprised it lasted as long as it did

If the reasons are so obvious then I can't see what the problem is...

There will be chat about this in coming weeks but I doubt it will get far

Yes, there are more mods than ever but we aren't always online to keep such a thread on track

It's nothing personal

There will always be noobs and the drug induced that don't follow our rules and that is out of anybodies control
 
Yeah, but she shoe's on the other foot now, so of course it would seem less pertinent...

Oh well - pity, that. Mods should have just banned people from the beginning who ignored the guidelines, instead of letting them talk shit repeatedly and issuing the occasional mass warning...

R.I.P. wonder what they would think if we started our own thread in AusSocial, ha.
 
This thread isn't the place to be discussing forum development issues, rather, it's to welcome the three new additions to the Australian Drug Discussion team. If you would like to discuss the issues surrounding forum development then take it to the AusDD is changing - Where can we improve? thread and raise your concerns there.

I can assure you that this issue will be re-visited now that we have a fully staffed moderation team. The outcome achieved is another matter that will only be reached after full and frank discussion.
 
Woah.... Go away on holidays for a few weeks and come back to find three more stick wielders. Better mind my P's and Q's.
On a serious note though....well done people, great choices.

Be careful with storage though. Remember, a cool, dark place away from air, light and moisture.

You should eat your midgets before around one month ;)
 
The three of us have received warm welcomes from you all

We are slowly finding our place as the new Mods of Aus DD and we are overly grateful for this position

We will be hard at work over the coming months to make Aus DD one of the best HR resources around

It takes a strong BL community for us to move forward and we hope that 2010 will bring many new and informative posts/threads to our forum

We look forward to our community growing in both membership and information

It is you who make bluelight what it is, we just poke you with our Mod sticks from time to time
