I have met up with a guy at the gym whos trying to supplying with roids & telling me how to cycle it. His advice is doing a 10ml testoviron & taking 4 dianabol pills per day cycle over a month period then of course a month off.
Does this sound right to you guys? Sounds like a small amount to me.

. Also you say 4 dbol a day - well dbol comes in different doses. I personally run dianabol at 40mg when I do, but these AAS react differently to each person. Also I'm a huge believer that running orals for 6 weeks gets the best results. All that being said, I'm going to assume this your first cycle, for many reasons (see how your body reacts to one compound) you should stick with simply test enth or cyp. I wold recommend 500mg for 12 weeks for a first timer. If you are not gaining off of that, and the gear is legit, it's 100% your diet. On a side note I really would leave dbol alone or any other AAS for a first cycle, imagine getting gyno and you find yourself asking, "is this from the dbol, the test, the <insert AAS here>" - take it slow and the gains will come quite well. I won't tell you when to start using as far as your body composition goes, but I will say, your free test levels are high as is - I would always say as a sound rule of thumb, 21 or don't do it. Some say maximize what you can naturally before going to AAS - I did not follow this, I think it's a good call, but frankly I wanted more quicker and was willing to take my chances. I also spent a good deal of time researching and training with a guy who missed his pro card by one point. It's important to understand these substances before you go into anyone of them at all bro!
