I told my doctor I been craving coke and other stimulents. Hes a long term good guy family friend who my family loves to death. He bee around me growing up.

I was 6 months or so clean of all drugs. He told me these cravings will happen time to to time and its best to focus on family. Prob with focus I have mild adult adhd. He then said he had a magic pill that will help with both.

Its called Bupropion XL 150mg White crystline tabs. He told it has a stimulent effect like coke but with out other effects that make coke so popular.

It's non habbit forming. It helps with Dopamine and Norpine uptake (cant spell) so it helps with Adhd issues. My doc knows I like to snort and he advised I not to.

But he knows me and Knows i would at least try, he told me snorting would give short live eurphoira but not worth rercretion and thats why he gives it to x drug abusers.

He alos gave me a benzo fro the night to sleep

So baiscly i'm geting a stimunelent monring and a benzo at night.

My question is how do I kno which is the coating and wich is the drug its all white. heres a pic

only issue is the wrtting on my pills are pure white, hard to till to scrap up

A small line of these gives me a nice coke buzz I can use in the morning.

anyone

Wellbutrin isn't recreational.

it's an anti psychotic.

wrong, its no way a anti psychotic, My doctor already gave me a lo down on what is used for. do research.

And I already said its not for recreation used. It's for a boast in the morning, my doctor and other reports said snorting small ammount gives a weak coke buzz.

My question was my pill coating is all white, whats a good way to scrap the coating off with out the drug as well

Wellbutrin is Antidepressant; Nicotine Addiction Treatment; Stimulant

As I said it's a weak stimulant giving to x coke heads to help their cravings because when snorted it gives a very weak coke filling and over all takes there craving away.

Bupropion is a prescription antidepressant which acts as a dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It is used to treat attention deficit disorder, bipolar depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, nicotine addiction, cocaine addiction, and lower back pain. It causes seizures at high doses.

Just crush it up into really fine powder like you would OxyContin or most other extended release drugs in tablet form. It would be really tough to separate the white coating with the actual powder so you'll just have to deal with snorting both. Surprising to me is that your doctor prescribed benzodiazepines to a patient who is aware that you have a history of drug addiction, regardless to stimulants or tranquillizers. There are other non-addictive, or less addictive options to help with the sleeping issues.

TheChemist, Wellbutrin isn't an anti-psychotic. Its a mild stimulant prescribed most often for depression.

I hate taking benzos and my doc and I did other natural ways like tea, valerain root. He said lozoram is the weakest and I should be fine.

I HATE GETING OFF BENZOS I prefer half a pill if anyything. I get stick bad taking more

Wellbutrin isn't recreational.

it's an anti psychotic.

Incorrect on the second part. It's an antidepressant.

But, you are right. It isn't recreational. I have snorted it before and nothing.

Use scripts like that as they are prescribed. Don't fuck around and try to get "high"

^First, I really think that snorting your wellbutrin is a bad idea. It is in no way recreational, it's an anti-depressant, a norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitor. This is the first I've heard of a doctor proscribing this for someone who used to be addicted to cocaine to handle cravings. The fact that he told you it is possible to get a cocaine like high from snorting it is totally unprofessional, and a lie. I also hear that snorting this stuff is incredibly painful, but to each his own. This isn't some kind of magic pill, not really "a nice coke buzz I can use in the morning."

Second, lorazepam isn't the best benzo for sleep. For most it isn't a very strong hypnotic, though it's a great anxiolytic. Again, I'm going to have to disagree with the good doc and tell you it is one of the stronger benzos, and is one of the more addictive ones too. If I recall correctly, it comes right behind temazepam in the addiction ladder of benzos, though it isn't as recreational as many of the others (I personally find it pretty boring, but fantastic as an anxiolytic).

Sleep can be achieved through better methods than benzos, in my opinion. If it's really bad, and you're not able to sleep at all, doxylamine succinate is available OTC. Many studies have found it as or more sedating than phenobarbital. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) is also available OTC, an works well for some people. Other ways, like the tea and valerian root, help for some. Lot's of people say good things about melatonin too... but try to avoid long-term use of benzos for sleep, especially lorazepam.

Do some research. It's not your normal Anti-depresant. look on erowid. Its a stimulent And it is giving to x coke addicts.

If read any of my post. I said all herbal methoods and oct sleep aids have failed. I even tried Dream therapy and hyposis. I hate xanax as its far to fun for me to not abuse. Lorzam Is something if I take more then 3 I start pukeing, abuse wont be a issue. The benzo will only be temp

And I'm not looking to get high. It takes these pills 2-3hours for the stimulent part to kick in. My doc Hinted and said his old college buddy grinded one up before class to kick a lil kick into focus.

And almost ever report you read will say that up the nose is like very very weak coke. and some do enjoy it. Prob the one like me with adhd and depression.

I agree a normal person who would not need this drug, would get any recreation value from it.

Doc only starting useing this drug for x meth addcits and coke addicts last year or so. And so far it has worked wonders with many meth additcs no why? Because you still feel the stimulent with the focus. It just has no euporia or pleasure like recreational drugs. To some it has a lil tho

I did my research before replying. I've also been on this medication. The only research I could scrap up about cocaine addiction and wellbutrin was done on patients receiving MMT. It's not a common off-label use of the medication, according to what I read, and what I have experienced. Though I may just not be up on my current cocaine addiction research. :|
You didn't mention that all OTC sleep aids have not worked. I suggest you read your OP again. I'm surprised that doxylamine hasn't worked for you. It is pretty strong stuff. It's OTC in Unisom brand products. Try taking 50mg, that should put you to sleep.
I'm glad "lorazam" puts you to sleep. I've never heard of it. Lorazepam, otoh, isn't one of the benzos regularly proscribed for sleep. If you read my post again, you'll see I didn't recommend xanax for sleep. I think that's a bad idea too. Diazepam and Temazepam seem to be the best benzos for short term sleeping problems, in my experience. But you have probably tired and dismissed them already.
Some do enjoy it, I'm not one of them. I'm on who thinks that snorting wellbutrin to get a weak coke buzz is incredibly stupid. Spend less time getting high on wellbutrin and more time learning to read and write.

(CNN) -- Troy Dayton pops a little white pill every morning. He's one of the 10 million Americans taking a daily antidepressant. But in his case, he says he was never depressed in the first place.

This 29-year-old political lobbyist is one of the happiest people you'll ever meet. He's constantly smiling, and says he wakes up belly-laughing two or three times a week. Dayton says he's an optimist by nature, and that his daily dose of Wellbutrin makes him feel even better.

"Wellbutrin makes me feel great," Dayton told CNN. "Wellbutrin made me feel clear-headed, much more able to focus. I don't think it means that I don't ever experience any sadness, but I think it makes me experience sadness in a very healthy way."

Dayton says a doctor first prescribed Wellbutrin for him 2 1/2 years ago, as an aid to quit smoking. Buproprion, the active drug in the antidepressant, helps smokers quit because it partially blocks the brain chemicals which keep them hooked. A recent study by UCLA researchers found that the drug may help break addiction to methamphetamine, too. Buproprion also increases the brain level of dopamine, a chemical linked to excitement, new experience and pleasure.

Psychiatrists tell CNN that Dayton's use of Wellbutrin as a lifestyle drug is potentially dangerous, although little is known about the long-term effects.

"These medicines are not harmless," said Dr. Peter Kramer, author of "Listening to Prozac." Kramer said some doctors think that if you stay on antidepressants long enough, you'll come to rely on them. Other doctors believe they might trigger manic-depressive illness in susceptible people, he said.

Most antidepressants -- though not Wellbutrin -- are in a group of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs. They prevent the body from re-absorbing the naturally occurring chemical serotonin, thus increasing serotonin levels in the brain. It's like plugging up a drain to keep running water in the sink.

Serotonin, like dopamine, is linked to good feeling. Those chemicals and others are released during any pleasurable experience, like a kiss, or eating a bar of chocolate. The release of endorphins, another chemical, is linked to the "runner's high" experienced by some endurance athletes.

Chemically, there's little difference between good feelings induced by medication and those occurring naturally. But the use of antidepressants by those who don't need them raises, for many, not just medical concerns but ethical flags as well. The concerns grow larger when the subject turns to illegal drugs. Millions of Americans take them, but few are willing to admit it. Once again, Troy Dayton is a rare exception. He told CNN he takes Ecstasy, also known as MDMA, about once a year.

He likens the feeling it gives him to falling in love. "In certain moments, it's just this feeling of intensity. If your heart could jump out of your body and into the other person's, it would."

Dr. Julie Holland, a psychiatrist at New York University, says MDMA holds promise as an aid to psychotherapy for some patients, if taken under the guidance of a trained therapist under tightly controlled conditions. The federal government has approved early human trials

"Our understanding of the brain is still in its infancy," says Holland. "The SSRIs that I like to prescribe take really about two or three weeks before people start to feel them. The full effects won't kick in until about four to six weeks, or six to eight weeks."

By contrast, illicit drugs kick in almost immediately. Dr. Nora Volkow, director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse, says they produce pleasure - and often lead to addiction - using the same neural pathways that light up when people have sex or enjoy a good meal. She says these pathways also guide primal emotions like the satisfaction a mother gets from nurturing her infant.

"It's not that drugs create a new landscape in our brains," Volkow said. "Drugs hijack those landscapes that are there [already], that are extraordinarily important to motivate our behaviors."

Volkow says Ecstasy users are risking serious physical harm, including damaged neurons and deep depression. Government statistics show Ecstasy is linked to about 8,000 emergency room visits every year, mostly for overheating and dehydration.

Dayton is unrepentant about his drug use. "If we have the ability to have something better, then why not?" he asks. "However someone can sustain a certain level of happiness without hurting someone else, should be celebrated and not questioned."

Where antidepressants are concerned, Holland agrees. "I think it's sort of this puritanical mind set. You're supposed to sort of go it alone, and you don't need crutches unless your leg is broken," she said.

"[But] short of doing very advanced PET scans, where you're looking at receptors and neurotransmitters and things like this, it's hard to say who really deserves to take antidepressants and for whom it's a luxury. Having a private practice in New York City, I have a lot of luxury-minded patients who just know if they take something they'll feel a little bit better. And I'm okay with that."

this guy uses it rec for the happy effects. And if you did your research it helps meth and coke addicts.

Wellbutrin XL (Bupropion) is a weak dopamine / norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. 300mg will give you a mild stimulant-like effect. It's not recreational at all. If you attempt to crush up one of these pills (good luck, they're extremely hard) and snort the resulting powder(?), chances are you're gonna get a seizure.

I've been taking this stuff for 3 years now. It's good for depression associated with fatigue, for smoking cessation and also for weight loss (somewhat).

Isn't Wellbutrin considered an antipsychotic because it's a nicotinic antagonist?

But to the OP, I'm know you're not going to stop from trying this. But I can say I've snorted 900mg before and it was just weird. It felt like I was just stuck in my head, but I was wired and I could sleep. I also saw a lot of purple in like the corner or my eyes...

I'm not saying it wasn't entertaining, but I will say it wasn't fun.

Aren't you taking it because you are craving stimulants?

This is retarded. Was ur question not about how to get high? can u snort it? Ur doc said u can snort it? ur sure u can snort it AND get high and are telling everyone u can.......

My response.

Ur doc is retarded if he told u to snort it, maybe he thought it would be funny to think of u snorting a drug not made to get high...Im sure u could convince urself of a placebo effect if u snorted it but if thats what ur looking for go get some blow and do that.

b) If ur so sure u can get high on it and thats what ur looking for why do u need our help? Go do it, whats holding u back?

Have fun!

I'm not trying to get high as I have stated in my org post. Yes I'm a meth addict in recovery and my doctor said wilburton would be perfect for me. I'm not trying to snort shit load of my meds.

I have read on erowid of people that are prescribed dosage up the nose, all of them report back a nice buzz with mild euphoria, like a weak line of coke.

I'm on only 150mg a day. And I just wanted to try my pill up my nose 150mg nothing greater.

Did not think this post would be flamed to death. I just never had to crush up a XL tab before and was wondering whats the best way to get it in a fine powder. normal ways don't work well.

and for the 10230203 time, this is not a ssri or anti psychotic. It helps uptake the chems that u fucked with when abuseing stims lol.

Have you tried plugging???? you get no rush but you will feel it after a while....constricts your pupils too... the way I crush my pills is on a thick piece of paper put the pills there and fold it then crush them with something heavy and voila! the wellbutrin pills I have a blue and have a slick coating that dissolves in a little water. I pul them under running water for 3 -5 seconds and then dry them... since I plug I just place them in a little warm water and let the water dissolve them. works great. Also I have try snorting and it was a waste of time and it hurt like hell.
