Sleeping pills (benzos certainly) are fine. Don't count on sleep for a while necessarily even so. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you (easier said, I know ![:\](https://bluelight.org/xf/BL_Images/Orig_Emoji/wrygrin.gif "wry grin :\")
) but whether 6 or 60mg of peevee it's nothing to worry about too much, in my opinion... and experience. Whether it be the piss-weak and cut to shit stuff that has recently reared it's ugly head smongst certain UK RC vendors, the mad-speedy variety or even the original tan. It feels worse than it is when you overdo it. Much worse generally.
To put it into perspective, I got through 1g smoked and IV'd in 24 hours just yesterday and feel fine now. Was cut to fuck though. Some UK RC vendors really are taking the piss. There are plenty tales of insane dosing of even the most potent peevee with no permanent harm caused. Can certainly feel like your hours are numbered and be pretty terrifying for a while though.
Benzos and other chill pills and potions can definitely help but it will pass and you will be just fine anyway

I know there's very little research on this substance, but does anyone have any clue as to what negative effects it may have on kidneys? c89 you say you've got a dodgy left kidney but didn't see you mention any side effects to do with your kidney, just anxiety, or maybe i didn't read properly.
Just wondering since i've been on this stuff for nearly 5 weeks now and only have 1 kidney, got the other removed when i was a youngster, really trying hard to cut down my use because it really can't be good for my body, but it's so hard when i can get it delivered straight to my door within a day of ordering.

Anyone on this board actually OD'd on this stuff before? Tolerance seems to build up really quickly can go through like 150mg in a day where as the first time doing it 2-3 small lines is enough.

I guess my left Kidney after the allnighter and the fact it was still in "Cleaning" blood mode. Didn't like the fact I gave it the extra workload of a Multivitamin and 500mg L-Tyrosine to deal with on top.
Organ pain is simply your body giving you a "Warning", in my case the pain was so severe I will not indulge in PeeVee again!

Ah right can you explain what "Cleaning" blood mode is, like pissing blood or have i got it completely wrong? I've never pissed blood before, but have had some pains in my lower back (thats the kidneys right?) and also my stomach, though this only really happened when i stupidly ordered a gram at once, was unable to control my intake ended up going through it all in 5-6 days.
For me i find it better to order small amounts at a time like 0.2-0.3g, doing this tends to make me manage my intake better to try and make it last, in comparison when i've got a whole gram i think "fuck it i've got loads" and end up doing line after line...

One negative effect of MDPV that I dislike is its gastrointestinal disturbances, it can be quite uncomfortable, but only temporary.
Anybody have any tips on how to handle the MDPV powder? I'm a little annoyed with how it sticks to everything and clumps with eachother - makes getting a fine powder out of it very difficult. Thought drying it out more would help, but it didn't.

I remember reading a report once about a "craze" where people were "taking drugs through their eyeball, a method called "eyeballing"".

Me neither. Can even eat okay on the weaker versions. Never really noticed any dodgy gut stuff. The off-white version is mighty clumpy but also not too potent so I'm not overly cautious with my doses of that one anyway, to be honest. Only really an annoyance for me when sniffing it so I don't sniff it.

Absolutely true, dosages and experiences people who are just trying it for the first time have told me just dont make sense and have had me puzzled lately.
Poor handling and storage conditions at the vendor or just poor quality product is one thing, cutting it is taking the piss but I'm not sure what the appropriate reaction should be to an apparently inactive sample that physically looks, smells and tastes like no mdpv I've ever seen
... but actually has a vague air of an another (poorer selling) product about it....don't know about the forum rules so ill leave it there. Mixing the real deal with a tiny bit of sodium carbonate (not bicarb) and the slightest amount of water in a glass pipe then vaping it was an interesting experience but I haven't repeated it out of fear that it might be possible to inhale enough to be dangerous - it really got my heart working hard. Anyone got their own view on whats a sensible limit using this roa?
Just to state the obvious for my own benefit as much as anyone elses, turns out pv, 3 days of no sleep and christmas with the relatives isnt a brilliant plan btw 8)
I find freebasing peevee produces mostly mehdom, myself. Does have a bit more kick but not enough to make it worthwhile for me. Plus it seems to waste a lotta peevee
The last gram of peevee I bought was very obviously heavily cut. Had a very strong bitter taste (rather reminiscent of citric acid), numbed the tongue somewhat and tasted so strongly of saffrole it seemed to have been marinated in the stuff. I'm almost certain lidocaine or similar was one of the cuts with the numbing effect but it tasted like no peevee I've ever had before. Was brilliant white and somewhat crystalline in texture. Blatantly cut to fuck. Especially when you consider an active dose was in the 20-30mg range both smoked and IV'd and lasted a grand total of 24 hours
Only thing it had going for it was that the underlying peevee seemed to be decent quality - far fewer peripheral effects than many other batches I've sampled. Absolute crime to ruin decent peevee with cuts like that
EDIT: Just reread your post and see you mention it wasn't bicarb you were using - would be interested to hear more on that one too
