IV coke while on methadone

No more dangerous than IVing cocaine period. An IV coke habit is extremely destructive--ever seen an IV coke addict? Track marks on every vein, wrist to elbow.
If you must try it, then try it. But try to leave it at that.

+1, I only IV'd cocaine a few times. I'd never make it a habit. It's not really worth doing unless you can get pure cocaine.
 
well it is done now. i did a teensy amount. my boyfriend was really freaked out about the downer/upper combo- saw how much i had in the spoon and made me take some out. i didn't get a bellringer or anything, but i only did a bump. i'm just snorting the rest; i care more about how uncomfortable it is making everyone than having the experience i guess. i am a downer person anyways, i mean obviously, i am on methadone. my needle fetish was just getting the best of me tonight, and i have heard IV coke is better than insuffalated.

but yeah eagleman, i do already have a nice mark from it, so i feel ya. and i did just want to try it. not even going to do it again tonight. my curiosity is satisfied.
 
I believe coke is corrosive on the vein and I know its cardiotoxic. I doubt the methadone will interact b/c you have a tolerance right?

but be prepared for more than a few shots. but dont riddle your self with tracks. its surprising how many times you wll poke your self till your physically mentally wallet exausted
 
I would hope that you seriously consider your motivation for shooting coke while on MMT. That said, I can tell you that I have done it and experienced no ill effects other than the usual.
 
I have only IV'd cocaine a couple times. Once with Heroin, once alone and once with hydromorphone. Everytime is was VERY fun, but overall its not worth it.

IV cocaine addicts are just nasty.
 
I would avoid it, but that's only because I would never IV anything and don't like the whole "mixing uppers with downers" thing. Too risky.

nope, i was good. only did it the one time at the beginning of the night. i really don't like coke, but my bf and roommate were doin' dope and i COULDN'T STAND IT. i regret it though. i have a nasty mark- even though it was a new rig and i have perfect form. not to mention the awful comedown.

i wonder why, every once and a blue moon, i want to do coke. i love opiates too much now. no drug compares. like i said, i think it was just the needle thing.
 
Fuck IV Cocaine! Barely any euphoria, the bellringer while strong and heavy is followed by nausea, vomitting, and a raging BP/heart rate.

Fuck it fuck it fuck it! Save your veins for the good shit!

I'm glad you got to try it for novelty's sake, but wait for some GOOD SHIT!!! 8( :D
 
You don't know what your talking about captain heroin. No euphoria from IV coke? shit man, you must have been getting some bunk shit. I'd say the rush from IV coke is better than IV heroin, and my main DOC is heroin. Also most people only vomit their first few times or from shooting too big a shot. While I agree that IV coke is horrible for you physically and mentally, saying it has no euphoria and isn't "good shit" is pretty stupid. I think you are the only person I have ever met who has said IV coke doesn't feel good.

Also shooting coke on methadone is no different from shooting coke alone. I don't know where people get this idea that if your on a downer and you do an upper it is suddenly so much more dangerous. Your heart will not get confused or whatever the myth is. I was on methadone for 8 months and shot coke quite a lot during that time and never experienced any problems which I wouldn't have had if I wasn't on the methadone.

I also find IV coke to be extremely euphoric and I was an IV heroin user for 5 years, but there was something about the IV coke rush that did it for me even more so than the heroin rush. To each his own, I guess.

I haven't used IV coke in about 8 months now, but my birthday is in February and a gram of some yay may be in line for that night. I think I deserve it for having a year clean from dope in February (:

It just sounds like you may not enjoy Cocaine Captain.Heroin, as much as others do.

The whole save you're veins for the 'good shit' is one way to look at it; I guess.
 
Nothing compares to IV coke, IMO!! That is why its so damned addictive. I started before the big free-base craze, so I never pursued that method.

I guess it's a personal opinion. I personally disliked the BP surge, heart racing, short lived rush followed by nausea and vomiting (which of course is also a part of the IV heroin experience at times, though if you're already addicted you're less likely to vomit). Even heroin isn't the best drug to IV in my opinion.

There are certainly better drugs to IV (ketamine, heroin, midazolam, etc). I just think cocaine isn't as euphoric as most other drugs I have IV'd. Obviously you are entitled to think otherwise.

Cocaine is pretty corrosive to the veins compared to other drugs used intravenously...plus most people's cocaine access isn't anything close to pure, so I'm sorry if people were offended that I called out what they were shooting isn't "the good shit". But please, continue, don't let my preferences interrupt yours. :)
 
IV coke + methadone is probably my favorite combo of drugs. Makes me feel like ima slab of butter meltin over some flapjacks.

wow! i have always heard that pure cocaine would kill you with a quickness!!! so anybody taking advice from captain heroin here-look out!

my husband and i are both on methadone and unfortunately still struggle with using cocaine i.v. I was hoping to shed a little light on the subject w/out judgement (which i have noticed a lot of on this website). It is never a good idea to "speedball" b/c your heart doesn't know what to do-I know this from personal experience and it is far from a "good time". Since you are inquiring however, letting me know you actually care about the safest way to do this, i will share my opinion with you-based on trial and error. I would wait several hours (at least 6) after dosing before you do any coke. I would do half the amount of coke you are use to shooting, and i would wait at least an hour in between each shot. The waiting in between each shot to me is paramount!! Good luck, and remember that "speedballing" is DANGEROUS!
 
i used to shoot coke all the time while on suboxone. it ravages you. but the rush is fucking INSANE. its a better rush that heroin, for sure. i mean its much more intense. you know in the movies when you see someone shoot heroin and their eyes roll back into their head and all that BS. THAT is what iv coke is like. at least that is how it feels. heroin comes on more slowly even when IVed. coke hits you like WWAAAMM all at once and its so intense.

the best is having sex with it. start getting your dick sucked. when you feel like you are going to come take a shot. your mind will split in half.
