Looking for books about opiates

Hello, I am looking for book reccommendations for books on the subject of opiates/heroin/opiate addiction. and just so you know, yes, I've already read "junky" by william s. burroughs :)
 
I was reading this non-fiction book called "The Pleasure Seekers." It talks about all aspects of addiction and the misconceptions surrounding it in the public. It's not just about opiates, but it's a well written book.
 
Diary of a Drug-Fiend: Aleister Crowley. Interesting novel; though as will all Crowley stuff, it plain DOES NOT MAKE SENSE....at times. But a good novel nonetheless....:)
 
^Nah, its from about 1920-1950 or something. Not as old as you think, but Crowley wrtes in a very romatisised style...
