I smoke pretty regularly, one or two joints of good quality weed a day, and I have noticed that when I smoke many times my joints feel much more fragile than when I do not smoke. My knees, particularly, seem to be much stiffer and I generally have to keep stretching them out if I stand for long periods of time or exercise. On one hand, weed makes exercise more fun and intense for me, but this joint pain really can be limiting and seems like it might be damaging in the long run.
What I'm wondering is mainly if others have had any similar experiences? I haven't found any real relevant information from searching a bit. On one hand, I feel like it's marijuana-induced, and on the other, smoke-induced. Has anyone had this issue from smoking but not get it from eating marijuana? Conversely, has anyone gotten this from eating marijuana in itself? I know at least one other regular smoker who has knee pains, and I want to know how prevalent this is, and also a bit of science behind why it happens.
Thanks for all replies.
