Hey guys, just finished my last final...just gotta write a paper and email it by friday :)

It is winter. And it snowed here last night. The roads are a mess.

Yea, it snowed/is snowing here. Took me 3 hours to drive to my final this morning. Any other day it would be an hour :| I hate cold winter

Ill tell you what guys , ambien can be some pretty heavy shit. I was full on hallucinating off that shit

Yea, ive had a lot of fun on ambien, but ive never snorted it, does it make a difference really? I usually eat only 10-20 mg and shit gets real weird. Everything looks like im in a funhouse mirror, shrinking and growing and bouncing. And its all so funny. I have a script for it and it helps me sleep, but every once in a while when i feel like being delusional, its fun :D

hell yeah it makes a difference , you wont be able to fall asleep
you get a rush like 2 mins after you snort a line and it makes it more potent

I snorted about 50 mgs the other night and took another 80 mgs or so orally

it was kinda ridiculous

lol @ the name "ambien."

AM- as in morning

bien- as in good

Somebody probably gets paid a hundred thousand dollars a year to come up with that stupid crap. :D

Some one told me a joke about Pfizer and xanax.

"If you remember yesterday, we aren't doing our job".

Speaking of work, i get to knock another 4 hours of regular work onto my schedule every week for the next couple months at least.

They are training me to be able to access inventory information on the computer, which is more responsibility than they gave my predecessor. I will be one of 3 people who can do this at my company, and hopefully at some point they will give me full inventory control.

I can't complain, its kind of funny that they think i will turn hours down. They seem hesitant to ask me, but i told my boss "give me as many as you want to"....

For one or two weeks during my winter break from college i am going to do a 40 hour week or two and at $12 an hour, i am doing better than most freshman college students.

I am hoping that i will eventually be bumped up to lab tech. They usually don't give those jobs to people not out of college but i think i might ask if they would make an exception in the future if i could intern in the labs as far as general training is concerned. I would make like $18 an hour if i ever became a lab tech which really isn't bad for someone who has graduated college. So if i can get that before graduating, fucking awesome.

Making twice as much per week as i did at my previous jobs.... and i like how i am treated like a human being instead of a workhorse....

Life is good....

That's hilarious. It's so true. :\

Yes, those kinds of jobs are much better in every way.

I do kind of wish they would just hire me directly....

Since im part time, they are going through a temp agency for me.

So to avoid giving me company benefits, vacation, etc, they pay the agency $14 an hour for my time and they pay me $12 an hour for my time....

ugh, student loan runaround. i hope i don't regret having to take this option.

orientation on friday. hoping to talk to some sort of advisor about my financial situation to see if i can get myself to qualify for at least some grant money as i've been without a job since nov08.

overall i'm excited about getting back to school. even if i must accrue massive debt by doing so.

You could move to Georgia for a year....

We have a pretty awesome scholarship that will pay off tuition at most colleges that are not private, and if you can maintain a B average, you get it. you just have to live here a year and get a B average....

Pretty much what all of the kids who didn't get it straight out of high school do is go to a cheaper school, maybe take out a student loan, and after 30 credit hours, apply for it and transfer to a better university....

It keeps school pretty cheap, we still pay out the ass for books though....

Even if you have to take out student loans, an education is by far worth it in the end. I have learned a lot about myself in this first year of college. College graduates make a lot more money than those who aren't.

I'm far from materialistic, but i still have bills to pay, and i want to be able to have at least a little bit of disposable income. I go to school 2 days a week and work 2-4 days and make enough money to squeeze by in life at the moment..... If i worked 40 hours a week i could probably make a pretty ok living on my own, but that is kind of impossible when your a student....
