One big shot or multiple H shot? with is higher

Not sure if this belongs in BDD or OD.

With heroin use, any IV users. While shooting; it you find that you got higher or just about equal making one big shot or shooting a shot than 5 min later shooting the second shot. For the example both the one big shot and the double shot (split; if the dose from the first and second equals up to the same amt of H as the big shot) has the same amount if H.

Its wierd that if one big shot was mixed; nodding out after is almost inevitable (probably did a bag and a half) while if multiple shots done (3 bags total; first was done; 2nd done 5-10 min after 1st; 3rd was done 15-20 min after 2nd) it just wasnt as strong as the one big shot.

Any one with experience can add to this?

I just trying to figure out...since either way your getting drugs into your system that doesnt get metabolised that quick so it would build up getting you higher even if its done multiple times than just once

than again Im not to sure about the pharacology and all and how the body digests it

But yeah, its cause and effect. Heroin has "legs", so doing more 5 minutes apart will equal the same nod as doing it all at once. It is also safer not doing all at once.

Ime the subsequent shots in a day never packed the same sort of punch as the first one. The first producing the wicked rush, and anything after...while still producing a good high is nowhere near the same.

I would surmise that it has something to do with the first shot of the day being the one where the opioid floods the receptors ( from whatever was left from the previous day to a full blown high again ). Where as the subsequent shots, the receptors are already flooded, so the rush wouldn't be as good.

I can agree the experience would be altered if spaced apart vs. all at once, but analgesic, or nod wise, they should pretty much equate.

I guess it would depend on the quality of dope, plus, "everyone is different".
 
I like to space em out and do big ones, like most have said the 1st shot of the day is always the best, i too am a connoisseur of the rush so i like to space out shots atleast 5 hrs apart and longer if I have the patience(haha) to wait b/c the longer I wait the better that rush is gonna be
 
If its heroin, 1 big fat shot, as taking multiple shots won't give you a rush or anything. If its cocaine, smaller shots every 15-30 minutes would be the way to go.
 
You want a bigger shot, instead of multiple shots, to maximize the rush and to limit the amount of times you iv. Of course this tends to be riskier, if you have the habit of "pushing the limit" in order to achieve the biggest rush possible. But, you could also OD if you shoot the same lethal amount spaced out over 5 minutes or so, as you would still be under the cns effects of the previous shots. My point is, do one shot but don't over do it. Redosing will get you to the same place as the big shot, it'll just have a shittier rush and more holes(risks) in your veins.
 
From my experience it didn't matter. I did 1 bag per shot when I first started then moved to 3-5 bags to get the same rush. Just be careful and try to slow down. Smaller shots are safer and if you are doing a big shot pause while injecting for about 10 seconds to make sure it's not too much and if everthing is fine and you can take more finish it. At the end of the day it's going to screw your life up and you will wish you never did any of it.

Sorry for getting a little preachy, it's my first time back here since I stopped doing heroin and got help and it's hard not to feel sad and want to help a lot of people here. I just want to strap down and force a lot of potential and current addicts to stop or get help while it isn't as hard and they can prevent future pain and suffering for themselves and everyone around them.
 
Rush wise- ya I definatly feel its stronger when its the first of the day

The question I was going on was more directed to the nod---seems like I cant get one now a days except for this one time loaded a bag and a half; la la land

but the day after.. did one bag, than another than a another all under 30min; did not get any where close to the la la shot. Tolerance? maybe different product?

But from what I gather from you guys..multiple shots = one big shot for the nods

i always thought it was a waste to split the doses. the rush is half the experience

tbh when i bang a oc, i do mine all at once, i've tried making multiple shots, but every time i went to bang out the 2nd shot i didnt feel it at all.

Not buprenorphine. Buprenorphine works better when you have a few small shots a few hours apart.

Also, I find if you go for a "huge shot" of cocaine, you're only going to get negative effects. I only enjoyed IV coke if I hit the sweet spot BEFORE the vomiting, nausea, etc.

I never regret having IV'd most of the drugs I have, nor do I regret specifically using heroin. It's more of the addiction I didn't like so much.

I guess that's true. I don't regret the specific act since I enjoyed it then it was out of my control and I could choose between withdrawal and horrible discomfort/wanting to die or shooting up again- the addiction and dependence was hell. I mainly regret it because it is all linked. Anyway I don't regret doing any of the drugs I didn't get addicted to and I still have urges for IV coke even though I barely like coke. I just want to be able to IV something again an get some kind of high. We'll see how the suboxone taper goes, I wish I started it sooner.
