I don't believe in the spiritual side of meditation, but sometimes, when i find i have some extra focus inside me, i spend it on meditation, but only when i'm lying in bed ready to sleep.
I just breath with my nose and try to discard the thoughts(that's the hard part)...maybe it's not purely meditating, but i can physically feel my mind becoming ''softer''.
its a bit difficult, you will catch yourself pondering away about something while meditating and need to resume the breathing
its great for sleeping, you will feel very refreshed if you blank your mind before losing consciousness and wake up the day after
