First time opiate - Heroin IV

The person im getting it from takes morphine pills and cooks them himself into heroin. He said we'd cook up a 50mg one and use it all in one go, him taking a much larger portion. I think the amount he said I should have was 15mcg or maybe milligrams, however I think it was the former and he was talking about syringe increments.

Im slightly over 170, all muscle no fat, but have no opioid tolerance, I know shooting heroin is doing the grand daddy of opiates right off the back but I cant get any lesser pills.

So what would be an appropriate amount for me, Id rather not end up nodding straight to sleep after twenty seconds (id like to have some sort of rememberable experience) and I dont mind vomiting a few times but Id rather not end up spewing non stop for five hours.

Your most accurate guesstimate would be highly appreciated, cheers
 
heroin and morphine pills are two different substances...he may cook up the pill to inject but it does NOT make it turn to smack...
 
If your friend is actually "making" his own heroin with acetic anhdyride (which I somehow doubt, it's not difficult but I'm pretty sure it's not too common for small amounts), then 15mg of pure dope is probably going to be too much. If he's just giving you morphine, as I suspect, then 15mg IV is probably fine, perhaps a bit on the high side but you'll be fine.

And I know you don't want to hear this, but why rush into IV drug use? You have zero opioid tolerance, you'll get the same noddy feeling off of some Vicodin or even just taking your friend's morphine pills orally. If anything, IVing will probably overwhelm you without a tolerance, if not be downright dangerous. I'd strongly advise you to reconsider, but if you must inject, make sure your friend is using sterile equipment.
 
I know nothing about this homebake heroin but you must lose some/alot of the morphine in the process

so what starts 50 mg of morphine probably ends up say 20 mg of heroin?

is this correct
 
i agree with the above posts you could easily get a very good nod on one of your friends pills never mind iving the homebake you talk of or just the crushed up pills.

dont run before you can walk as they say and if you do iv take a reall small dose or just push halfway down at first then the rest if u feel ok.

I imagine you could snort it but am unfamiliar with "homebake". Snorting or smoking would be preferable to IVing when you have no real experience or tolerance to IV opiates. Be safe and play careful :)

PS: China White is essentially just a "brand name" now and doesn't really mean anything. It usually refers to fentanyl not heroin these days.
 
Looks like i'll have to resort to IVing. Thanks for your advice everyone, whatever amount ill be taking ill certainly have half then gauge whether to have the other half. I know im blowing caution to the wind doing it this way but ill try to keep a little bit about me.

However could anyone give me a quantitative amount taking my body weight and conditioning into account? A number of any sorts would be appreciated
 
The only way you'll be able to gauge how much to IV is by smoking or snorting some first (and yes, I'd imagine you can do both with it).
Then you should do half, a third or even a quarter of that amount.
Caution is your best friend in these situations so don't fly it like a kite with no string ;)
 
Take a piece of his morphine pill and eat it if u really want the high. U might also reconsider hanging out with people willing to shoot up an opiate naive person with heroin. I doubt anything they do is motivated by your best interests.

But if u do do this, go slow with injecting. I'm not opiate naive like u, have been doing them for like 14 years and everytime I IV I don't inject everything, but do small amounts. I'd do like 1/3 first and then if I'm fine after some time I'd do the rest.
 
as has been said before, this is not heroin. i have seen 2 people have really bad reactions iv'ing morphine pills, very bad idea imo. if youve never done and opiate why jump all the way to iving, you will get wasted just snorting. iv'ing isnt a route you want to go down.
 
Listen... to how unianimously people feel this is a bad idea.

Maybe if you'd seen people having issues with IV heroin, you'd reconsider whether it was an okay habit to have. Or even on okay thing to try. I'm young, but know one person who died from it recently, and saw another person almost die from it recently.

One person I know once said something along the lines of:
"the human body isn't able to handle knowing that something feels that good"

Why do it? You'll almost certainly love it, which is exactly what you should be afraid of. Your logic of "just once" is just as easily extended to "just once more".
 
^ This thread is over 3 years old so I'm pretty sure the OP has done what they were going to do by now. Unless perhaps 3 years later they are still sitting on their computer waiting for more responses and are now seeing your reply and turning down the offer to inject said substance, but I highly doubt that is the case as I'm sure the offer in no longer on the table.
