Ketamine Appreciation thread

if you get ketamine in crystal form and you put it in a container of distilled water for 1 week will the potency dimish greatly how long do you have before it starts to weaken greatly?

Is ketamine more stable in crystal / powder form that when its mixed with water? as in keeping potency?

QFT. You can't magic ketamine out of thin air, I'd be lying in a bathtub of it if that was the case =D

And (please feel free to correct me) but I doubt leaving ketamine in distilled water for a week is going to make any difference at all to it.
 
Ketamine should be fairly stable in distilled water, not sure how long it would take to lose potency but I assume that it would to a degree as the vials of pharmaceutical ket contain preservatives as well as water and ketamine.
 
Ketamine seems pretty stable, IME, and would probably degrade faster in powder form than in liquid sealed vials.

Personally I think that's why the crystal K is produced, it's got a smaller surface area and is very dense, presumably it's meant to be then turned into ketamine for injection. There's a thread about this in PD atm with the cooking/not cooking thing raging. It's just practical to cook some ket, the crystals which then form are much much weaker than the crystally salt-like lumps. All the weight adding and extra damage stuff seems like BS though. :o
 
ket christals get put into a bottle of what once contained a liquid eucalyptus oil type stuff from h+barret,then itt can be posted most incopiculously to many other countries.This however does not have any adverse in the donk when retrieving it from the said liquid, normally all types of k vetrinary and the milder young adult one is fine to keep it in liquis for a while

Or you could just fry it up and get on a session.
 
i like to get the crystals damp enough so that i can pick them up in largish lumps that stuck together, then I microwave this in a bag, end result is a nice big lump of k that i can shave perfect consistancy lines off of.
crushing the crystals tends to make it too powdery and it goes in the back of my throat when snorted. i like the aesthetics of a big rock and the nice little ever so slightly rocky lines i make are perfect, if i end up dribbling on one and making it back to damp i'm even more happy to get it up there.

but remember dont swallow the drip it will metabolise into norketamine in your stomach which is highly alkaline, this will cause pain like no other.
 
I really don't like the idea of microwaving ketamine. It seems that it would be more damaging than frying. I've got no evidence to back this up though...
 
it spits like fuck as well, i couldnt work out how to microwave efficiently. as for storing ket in a eucalyptus oil bottle... why? you can't take liquid aboard planes now anyway and there's not many dogs at all trained to sniff ketamine, i don't really see the point

K races aren't that uncommon. I can't be the only one to have made a couple of lines across a table and competed to finish it. Obviously not sensible as what happened to this girl shows, especially if you don't have an obscene tolerance.

Honestly that video sickens me - if its "common" amongst the people then they wouldnt be recording it. The fact that somebody "sober" enough to video it actually lets the person do it is shocking. If I was at a party (and sober enough to video) and saw anyone even trying something as stupid as that I would stop them - my friends lives are way more important that any stupid fucked up game. Lines of a few inches are one thing - a few feet (how many g's) is something else. Bastards egging somebody on to kill themselves - each one of them deserves a bullet!

did anyone find a proper source saying that girl died? there's a thread in DiTM about it but no proper source, I call shenanigans
 
A second the call of shenanigans. Even with no tolerance I'd think she'd be more likely to just be out for the count for a while rather than dying. Assuming no other substances where involved which may not be the case in such a scenario I suppose...
