Mephedrone Megathread: Five heart attacks later...

^You sure? I get far far fewer side effects from the high quality crystals, wheras i got blue knees ect on the not as good powdery shite

The crystal does seem to have less negative effects on me than some of the powder did in general but crystal doesn't always mean its better. I was told ages ago by a place that sells the crystal that the powder is just the crystal ground down through filters.. And smell and colour are better indicators of quality. If any chemical is damp/sticking to things and stinking of solvents thats never a good sign! And apparently anything off white with meph is impurity.. :\

You can still definately get the exact same negative effects with the best dry crystally batch though, trust me.
 
IME crystal is cleaner. It doesnt hurt as much going up my nose and doesnt have as much effect on my heart.
A couple of grams of crystals in a bag won't smell tho a big bag will have that familiar meph smell. A small bag of powder is enough to stink my room out. This suggests to me the crystal stuff has been 'cleaned' of impurities or at least most of the solvents have been removed
 
ive had no comedown today woohoo.

did 500mg of the crystal for the first time in 3 weeks with some booze. felt awesome, really euphoric. it masked the sloppy-ness from the booze, infact i found it hard to get drunk. felt abit guilty about doing it to start off with as i was certain id feel like fucking shit for days afterwards (my come downs take effect properly on mondays and can last until thursday)

my conclusion after dabbling with this stuff for 6 months is.... space it out. i had no racing heart, no red fingers, no nothing. just woke up abit dizzy. and obviously found it hard to sleep

and woke up with a very sore jaw
 
Have been caning the meph a fair bit lately.
I tried it around a yr and a half ago when i was reading about it. Tried it twice, kinda liked it but didnt like the weirdness the next day, feeling soul-less, tired, down etc.
Then mdma ran out (which i never abused), i decided to start getting on the meph again.
Did it 4 nights out of 5 a few weeks ago. Since then have been using it every weekend quite heavily. At least 1.5g's a session, maybe more.
I find that if you want a chilled 1, get a bit pissed and a little meph you can have an enjoyable yet still chilled night with a few small bumps.
But if you want to get into an mdma-like mess with your eyes in the back of your head, gurning like mad you can. Getting in that state is very mdma-like for me. Obviously doesnt beat the real thing.
"ket-a-drone", 50/50 ket and meph, rack up a huge line and you dont know whats going on to a certain degree. Very messy yet amazing combination.
Eveeryone down here is going mad on the stuff, taking it for every night out.
A few people constantly sniffing it. 1 of my mates is on the stuff everyday, not sleeping for 3-4days at a time and just smoking lots of weed.
Its good stuff, but its WAY to fiendish, probably even more so than coke? Well especially the cut-to-fuck coke over here. And meph is so so cheap as well.
A hell of alot of people selling it as well. Ranging from £15-25 a g. Weights obviously vary. 1 persons selling 0.7g's for £25. Probably cuz its a very fluffy powder and a g of meph looks like more than a g of anything else.
I also found this mixes rediculously well with 2c-i. Had 1 of the best nights ever on alot of meph, 2ci and k.
Its pretty much the new ecstasy, although i really do hope mdma makes a comeback.
But then again, even though everyone used to love the mud and good pills, meph is so cheap, i think that even if mdma came back, quite a high majority will stick with the meph, we'll have to see.
And what is everyones views on when it becomes illegal? Which is surely very soon?
Will it stay on the streets? If it does i can see it costing £35-40 a g, maybe even more. Itll blatently get cut as well, which will pretty much leave nothing for a good night out.
It really is sad times for the UK drug wise atm, alot of people have even been talking about getting weird ketamine atm, luckily everything im getting is still pure. Hope the shit k doesnt filter into the whole country :(

Let me start by saying that i am not somebody who has done drugs for a long time.


I just wanted to add a few of my thoughts on Mephedrone

I took a large amount of mephedrone on a night out 2+ weeks ago. This was the first time i had done anything apart from Coke and Weed. As soon as the music stopped SERIOUS PARANOIA, and ANXIETY for days

Ever since, everytime i take it which is about 3 more times my highs are tinged with fear, of something and i dont know what.

Ive lost skin from my nose, ive had serious chest pains for days and have been left seriously spaced out by the expierience.

Mephedrone is amazing but it leaves me a mess. Im hoping this stuff doesnt fuck your liver or your brain cos it feels like a strong neurotoxin.

Any Thoughts?

As far as the crystal v powder debate goes, the only thing I've noticed to be different is how easy it is on ye ol snout, crystal form seems to sting much less. I still get a bad chest for about a week after taking it, regardless of what form it is in.
 
I love the mephedrone but dislike the side effects it has. i still get some side effects after weeks of stopping such as tinnitus etc.
Could someone please tell me if it's possible to be sold ethcathinone instead 4-mmc? i know that stuff isn't good for you at all. do they look and smell the same etc?
 
Hi there, this is my first post. I've been using drugs-forum for a couple of months but after reading ths thread I've finally realised that you guys are a helluva lot more fun :D. SWIM says those SWIYs over at d-f need to chill the fuck out and have some fun.

Anyway, I've (almost wrote SWIM lol) been taking mepedrone since the middle of August. I think it's awesome stuff the first few times you take it, but the magic wears off and it just becomes an insanely moreish stimulant. I used it heavily throughout late August and September; I estimate I used around 15 grams in 6 weeks. I know that's a stupid amount but I'm hoping it wasn't enough to completely destroy my body.
Reading about other people's insanely heavy use, like Mugabe and Angel-somthingorother, has stopped me worrying too much. I mean, if I'm fucked, then a lot of other people are too lol.

Oh, and for my money, the crystal stuff has a lot fewer side effects. I definitely trust my own and other users' judgement more than what some Shulgin wannabe on d-f thinks ;).

But have you ever seen what they look like in real life? They are EADD's very own answer to Steptoe and Dot Cotton. ;)
