the best was when i was soaking in the tub , he jumped up on the ledge and groomed me,
i felt so cool

I have this crazy trait of always being able to remember people's PET'S names, but I'm really bad at remembering people's names.
Weird huh :D

Plus, how could you forget a kitty as beautiful as Oscar?! =D <3

i grew up a dog person and didn't understand the appeal of cats. now, i very much prefer cats and socialise with my kitties quite a lot. sure we don't go for walks or play dog games, but we hang out and play nonetheless. i love dogs, and would love to have one around, but i genuinely prefer the low maintenance, highly interesting personalities my cats bring to my home.

Cats are more cunning, sly, stealthy, crafty and intelligent than dogs (not to mention less demanding, less annoying and less rowdy). Dogs are more emotive, but in a very dumb, over-the-top way. Personally, I relate to cats better.

I miss my girlfriend's kittens...

i dunno; i think if cats are that much more intelligent, we should be training them to guide blind people instead of dogs.

Yeah it's a different kind of intellgence though I reckon.

Dogs are (for the most part) intelligent AND loyal, which equals smart but subservient, which equals obedient.

Cats are intelligent, mostly in the way of problem-solving ability, and they are survivalists/independant, which means they'll use their smarts to get what they want most efficienty ;)

i agree :)

i just love both so much that i feel the need to defend when they're being called dumb <3

^^ Awww me too! <3 =D

Just thought I'd share this photo of my gorgeous boy with you all, it's my desktop background so I have his adorable face looking at me all day long!! <3

Ummmm... are you crazy?

Cats are intelligent enough to get the blind person to re-write their Last Will and Testament with the cat as sole beneficiary, then walk that blind-ass sucker infront of a bus... all the while watching calmly through their murderous slitty eyes.

The powers that be know this.

(thanks for the oscar-love peeps)
