Someone with a history of addiction to other drugs shouldn't be going anywhere near a regular supply of this stuff, it seems to be as compulsive if not more so than coke.
Ephedrine? I'd say it's far worse than ephedrine. What made you pluck ephedrine from the air? This stuff is atleast as bad as ephedrine so taking too much --> killing yourself.

You said ephedrine. I don't think ephedrine is a metabolite of mephedrone, and nowhere near as dangerous in 'normal' doses. You've confused me (it's not hardWasnt methyl epehdrine a possible mephedrone metabolite?

Although some people have reported severe side effects from less than 300mg? Is that what you call safe? I don't think there is a 'safe' dose of mephedrone at all.

I appreciate that you are expressing your own opinion and nothing more but, as I have already done I would like to balance such views.
Some people have reported, via the internet such reactions, but we dont really know how much Meph they have taken or if indead they have taken Meph at all, waht other substances they may have ingested previously, or at the time they claim to have taken Meph. We dont know their medical history or previous drug history. I have read far mor report of people taking excessive quantaties of Meph and suffering little to no side effects.
I fully support exercising caution with any relatively new substance but lets not start presenting unsubstatiated anecdotal evidence as anything other than that.
I'mm not in anyway attempting to critisise or undermine other people opinions but I do think it is vital there is a balance in the conversation
