electronic cigarette

there these nicotine inhalers too even healthier than e-cigs.but i dont wanna quit ever i love em sticks way too much.

I have one of these -- haven't honestly tried to replace cigarettes completely with it, but did a few a day for a bit.

It doesn't really do what it says on the tin, in my opinion. If I take *extreme* drags, I get enough of the vapour stuff to satisfy the nicotine craving. But gum does that too, right? The "I'm holding a cigarette" feeling just doesn't work for me -- I got "smoke flavour" cartridges and it tastes nothing like smoke. It's also not possible to hold like a cigarette (e.g. which driving) because it's BIG and HEAVY!!

Still, I think there must be a technique/learning curve with it. Like if I switch between straights and rollups, it takes me a while to work out how hard to drag etc. Bet this is the same.

Just stick with it man. Don't try to satisfy your craving in one drag, drag on it constantly for a few minutes like you would with a cigarette. Every time you feel like a cig just take another few drags, if you stick with it eventually you will stop wanting cigarettes completely.

Now that I've started using e-cigarettes as an alternative to cigs, I am simply unable to go back to fags due to horrible taste. The money I save and the convenience make e-cigarettes very appealing.

I'm not smoking my e cig that much these days... i'm smoking tobacco but only in spliffs!

I got tired of my disposable electronic cigarettes :o (vaporizer or whatever ya what to call it). i was using the disposable ones that said 500 puffs. 500 puffs my ass. didnt last more than 200. So I ordered a fucking top of the line, best reviewed, high quality, usa made

this shit is fuckin boss=D. It set me back $150 but I think its a good investment.
Been smoke free for about 2 weeks now

After not smoking for the short period of time I have, I definitely feel lung improvement.%) especially when I go to the gym. I feel easier breathing and get less fatigued.

so check it, with these electronic cigarettes water with nicotine and flavoring gets vaporized into a steam/mist which is inhaled, right? well they have cartridges where u can make ur own blend of flavored nicotine water u can buy n shit, like u mix n match put whatever in. well with the flavored tobacco liquid, a few mg's of jwh018 were mixed in%).

I bought the 510 and then came to find out its one of the most positively reviewed E-cigs available. I have only had it for 2 days, and my smoking(real cigs) habit has gone from a pack a day to 1or2(real cigs) per day. I do use the 510 2or3 times an hour. (averaging 8-15 hits)

Lungs feel better already

Im just wondering, I was in a substance abuser class and some kid has one of these... since it contain no smoke. Does it cause cancer, or can it kill you as normal ciggarettes can?

e-Cigs CAN BE awesome! I use the KR808-D1s & :)

We don't do links to sources

I found the 3 piece ones to be cheaply made & even the 2-piece batteries can vary.. the links above are awesome & you can order, at most places, batteries that are "manual" that seem to work far better that the automatic ones.

You really need about 3-5 batteries & a good "Passthrough" that is a USB plug-in that if you get the right brand, works great!

The KR808-D1 batteries w/ cartomizers seem to be the best I've tried. They sell them in the malls & some smoke shops. I hear some of the higher-powered "Mods" are great, & last longer than the 808-D1 batteries... The 808-D1 XL batteries are awesome & do last longer & can be charged on the Personal Charging Cases that also plug into a USB port, but the XL batteries don't let you close the charging cases.

For about $150, you can get 3 batteries, the chargers AND a 30ml bottle of e-Liquid, wall chargers, etc & keep them rotating, so you'll always have a battery charged.

Where I live, you can "Vape" in most bars & if you get the batteries with the green or blue LED lights, you can use them darn near everywhere.

A state or two is trying to outlaw "vaping" indoors & I think one state already has in public places, but most non-smokers I've talked to like it better have no complaints AND you can vape away!

We have a group of people that put orders together to try different flavors & save on shipping. We've even had "Vapor Parties" so we can try the different batteries, cartomizer flavors & fill our own empty cartomizers. That way, if someone doesn't like one flavor, inevitably, someone else will.

I was reluctant too, but have found different places carry what I & others like, so we make orders together. A 30ml bottle will last you quite aa while..

One tip... If you "burn" a cartridge, just toss it... they are FAR too much work to get the burned flavor out of them & they are cheap to replace... about $9 or so for a box of 5 cartomizers. Sometimes you can find sales where they are even less. Some places have mixed packs of flavors, so you can try 5 flavors per box before ordering a bunch of the liquid & you can also get 5 & 10ml bottles to try different flavors.

The KR808-D1s seem to be the standard around here & online. (The regular KR808s are the shorter batteries with a shorter battery life)

I've tried the "501's" (The 3-piece eCigs) & didn't like them... There are a few brands of "808" batteries that are like sucking on a hose... I listed the places where I've tried & liked these w/ links for them.

There is a lot of info on the eCig forums about who likes what & why.

Some of the "Mods" run at 6v & are a little hot for some of the eJuices & cartomizers. There are places that sell eJuice that is made specifically for the mods & I know my "passthrough" (USB eCig) runs better on the eJuices made for the 6v mods & passthroughs.

I hope this helps! It can be trial & error. I started with the auto batteries & found I like the manual or push-button models better... just a personal preference I suppose.

My e-cig is the bomb.

I wasn't really a smoker, just cigars with the gents on special occasions, but I went to Paris for a month and learned to love a good smoke after a nice meal. Came back to Canada and it was just so frowned upon and I didn't want to deal with the health implications. Got the happy510 starter kit for lik $70 with coffee flavoured juice and it is just perfect for the cafe or after a night out.

I found it did not really taste of anything and the end lights up just like a cigarette and you blow out steam so it does tend to make you think you are having a cigarette, you can buy refill cartridges and just swap the tip. There is also a liquid refill for it so you can make them stronger, I don't know where my friend found it but will get the details, I am happy just to swap the tips.

I started off on the high, then went to medium. OK I failed but the ecig did help me cut right back.
I bought the one with the charger and normally put it on charge at night. I don't smoke with others in the car so this helps, also anywhere in public when you are not allowed to smoke this means I can.
For me this was a good buy.

i love the menthol one I got ..... i bought it at the 7-11 up here....

its annoying to keep charged (best at like 100 percent charge) and you need to keep new cartriges on hand. def worth while though

this thing sounds pretty badass. i think i gotta get one, i really need to cut down on smokin it murking my lungs hard :(

^The ones with manual delivery on/off buttons you can hold down as long as you want and can risk overheating the ionizer or other parts of the machine. The auto delivery which sense when you are sucking on the mouthpiece and then turn on seem to have an auto-off temperature sensor or timer to ensure that it doesn't get too hot. From what I've read on the subject at least.

I think most people will want to have the button so they can get huge hits, but not having to press anything would be nice and preventing high temperatures will help it last longer as well which is nice.

You could sue and bring down the whole electronic cigarette industry :)

That is weird though, probably just a manufacturing error. Although I suppose it could also be if you had the car windows open and the air rushing over your pocket created a Bernoulli effect drawing air out of your pocket/the cigarette and triggering it on. I haven't studied compressible fluids in years so I don't really remember if it's feasible. Has it happened in other settings as well?

I'm sure the company who made it would be interested either way if you haven't wrote to them regarding the problems you have been experiencing.

I think e-cigs are great! I bought mine a few weeks ago and my lungs feel really good - I'm not that sure if that's a placebo though. I bought my starter kit which includes the vaporiser, one cartridge and the charger for NZD25, which is about USD20. Additional cartridges come in packs of 5 for NZD25, and one cartridge roughly equals a pack of cigarettes... Definitely a more convenient and cheaper way to smoke - in the future I hope I can make the switch to these permanent. The only current drawback I'm experiencing is that when I smoke a real cigarette, my lungs feel like non-smoker lungs... ):

all they E cig business needs now are "custom" cartriges that allow you to mix your own blend of vegetable oil/hash oil and put back on! imagine smoking some nice honey oil or adding your keif from your grinder and puffing away in public on that.... i'm sure they has got to be a way to do this.
