Movie Quotes V. Comedy bits

Being that I did not used to smoke a lot of pot and watch the same ridiculous comedies over and over(shrug 8) ) I will often quote these movies out of the blue to most people's ridicule.

I saw there was a movie quote thread but the last post was over 2 years ago, and this is for your favorite 'funny' quotes only.

Criteria: From a major motion picture or popular indy and use the character's name when quoting.

Funnily enough, i'd say I probably quote Mary Poppins more than any other movie.

Also funny, I once watched Mary Poppins on acid and the funniest part by far was something i'd never laughed at before. During Step in Time, Mr. Banks arrives home, enters the kitchen, then on his way back out he's going "What's all this? What's all this?" while making his way through all the chimney sweeps, raising his knees a little bit too high and almost dancing with his arms. Was a genuine LOL moment.
