Rambles

If I look and see something great
Marvelous, glorious,
Yet you see nothing
Bland, droll
It’s just an object, but I see a wonderful piece of art,
Then am I crazy for seeing what you don’t,
Or are you crazy for seeing nothing out of the ordinary,
If only I could give you my eyes
If only for a day,
For those 24 hours with this vision is better then nothing,
However once I turn you on, will you revert,
Or will you see what I see,
These are my thoughts when I sit here with you,
Yet you will truly know nothing,
Just like I know nothing

Let me know what you think, and any constructive criticism is welcomed.

are you talking about an impactful drug hallucination? My critique would be that the concrete nature of this piece is both its strength and weakness. thanks for posting :)

the way we all don't see the world more often than not.

a few truths i've thought of often times.

Yes this is correct, and yea everything comes back around full circle

I was inspired by a drug hallucination, but really it's describing different states of mind;

for example someone who is happy see's color in the world, whereas on the opposite end someone who is depressed see's gray everywhere.
