When I use to do lots of lifting and running I still never got close to that even when I tried to cut.
 
Eh, not that impressive. Low body fat and lots of cardio. Not hard to achieve with proper diet and training.

Will Smith was shredded in that film, I Am Legand. Now that was impressive. He worked his ass off every day for several hours to get that body. Ran for miles and miles each day.

You can get abs from lifting weights alone, but obliques....well, I think that's all dependent on your diet, IMHO.

^I believe that most healthy young men can get body fat in the 7-10% range from diet and lifting alone. But if you want to get below that, then you need to know some tricks. Could be wrong, though.

But basically, IMO, if Brad had any actual mass, he would have been in more or less "contest shape" for that movie.

I think Stallone could have walked right off the set of Rocky 4 and won just about any amature show.
 
Baing naturally slim I thought getting under 8-9% would be pretty easy but after 3 months or so of (not quite so strict) cutting I could only get down to about 8.5-9%. thats after losing 10lbs or so (which is quite a lot considering I only got up to 170ish before my cut.

Hahaha shit Ivan Drago looked better than Rock in that one. And I'd say no way you're getting to 7% without any cardio.
 
^Drago looked like the better athelete, and if the movie were in any way realistic, he would have easily won the fight. I mean, fuck, he KILLED Apollo in the second round. Still, Rocky was freaky ripped in that movie. I mean, to the point that he probably had difficulty doing some of the scenes without passing out.

As far as "7% without any cardio" goes...I think it's all a matter of metabolism.
