MDMA break, drugs to avoid

am planning on taking a two month break from mdma, was wondering if i was to take mephedrone in the interim period would this effect the potential benefits of taking the break, i guess im asking is there a cross tolerance of mephedrone and mdma, and also what other drugs should i avoid if i want to give myself a chance to recover from the mdma (serotonin levels etc)

I'm pretty sure methylone has a cross tolerance with mdma. Not sure about mephedrone though

If you want your serotonin levels to begin to get back to normal then you need to stay away from any drugs that alter that neurochemical. Methylone, Mephadrone, Mda...etc all work in similar ways and all should be avoided.

2c-x can also effect the roll. Same as acid from memory.

Speed (dexamp and methamp) are probably going to have the largest impact on the benefits you get from your break.

Also I'd suggest you extend your break to 4 - 6 months to really really get an enhanced high, assuming your taking this break because you've noticed a significant decline in your rolls intensity. If your tolerance is already lowish 2 months would be fine.

thanks for all the responses, i only take mdma once every six to eight weeks at the moment, tolerance is down and have lost my moreish tendencies, thank god.
@blauwelichten, not all drugs act in the same way as mdma, ie serotonin depletion, which i wanted to avoid, that was the focus of my question, i dont need you to tell me to grow a pair, if you have nothing constructive to say ,say nothing.

mephedrone from my experience... needs a break of around 1 week
i have done it a few times with a one week break... inbetween mdma
i dont think there is much of a cross tolerance but once thing i noticed was the comedown is pretty similar and if your going to take it inbetween mdma... it will compound

mephedrone is more dopamine so think it would be ok occaisnally in the 2 month break, methylone however is bk-mdma so would probably fuck it up.

Also i'd like to suggest looking into piracetam if you haven't done already. Start taking this 1 week before you decide to roll again, and from my personal experience (and many others) it makes it feel almost like your first roll again

I change it around all the time. One time i do painkillers other time i trip or roll so no tolorence issues as of yet.

speed doesn't affect your tolerance to mdma. anything that fucks with your serotonin will, mda, mde, mdmc, mbdb, ssri's, etc will

Hi guys, i'm wondering what drugs are safe to take while on mdma breaks for me.

notes:

I'm impartial to psychs. had a few good times on low doses of mushrooms, but a very bad trip on a larger dose(anyone ever fight off shadow people?). I've been looking at 2C-B but in this thread it says it should be avoided? can anyone verify that? it sounds like the perfect psych to me, because i sometimes get paranoid/edgy and i feel i'm quite prone to a bad trip.

also: no opiates, or anything moderately addictive please(i have no willpower ) i've tried ketamine,mdma,shrooms,adderall,salvia, and a few other drugs. i'm still quite unexperienced and looking for a drug that would be ideal to take at a very small house party where all of my friends are on a plethora of different things.
