2ci has better visuals and lasts longer.
20mg of 2ci is considered a high dose though it has been taken higher (and im sure you would take it there, hehe) my highest dose of 2c-i was 28mg.

But 2cc is definately the better one IMO. i prefer the shorter more relaxing trips. At 30-40mg it has been described as psychedelic valium. i dont think its quite like valium but it is completely non threatening and a very peaceful trip. where as 2c-i can be a bit manic.

2cc at doses 80-100mg is where you really start to see its true psychedelic character come out.
 
Roger, you didn't pick up that LSD at Rothbury, perchance? Because while there I procured some of the cleanest liquid I've ever come across. It's so light on the body that I often don't realize I'm tripping until 45 minutes to an hour after I've dropped because all of the twinges and aches I associate with coming up on acid are completely absent. It's also fantastically strong, at ~150 ug per drop from a sweet breath bottle.

...oh, now that this 2C-C is winding down I almost want to eat some.

Amen. Seems like there's a good amount of super high quality acid around this summer. I wonder what the 'butterfly effect' from that will be? I feel some psychic ripples rippling through the collective unconscious this summer, I can't put my finger on exactly what it is, but its there. :)

2C-I definitely lasts longer than 2C-C. I've found 2C-I to be extremely (almost annoyingly) visual. 25-30mg of 2C-I should have you gurning, shitting & farting, and of course tripping your balls off. :D

Make sure to keep a small benzo dose on hand for the comedown though, it leaves me with a lot of residual stimulation and a wicked headache. I'm not sure if it will have the same bad side-effects with you, but its good to have a little xanax around just in case.

Nah I picked up a V a couple weeks before Rothbury. I didn't buy any doses at Rothbury, but I bought a nice quantity of molly and it was (kinda surprisingly) high quality and not stepped on. Good to know that quality was high, though. Rothbury was a very special place. :)

yes, having a xanax in the pocket while you're tripping is always a good idea.

Roger you post reminded me of the many times ive had to shit while tripping... oh what fun it is to balance on one leg with a head full of acid trying to aim your turd in the right direction

and i am well aware of these ripples you speak of. ive been splashing around in them for the past couple weeks.

I took 35 mg in a single parachute. It was delightful. Very, very easy on the body and pleasantly visual, with an emphasis on the blue/green/purple range of the color spectrum. I actually spent the majority of the trip sharing a bottle of wine with my mother on the back porch. Due to the lack of pupil dilation and extreme perceptual distortion, I find 2C-C to be an excellent fly-by-night psychedelic. Definitely facilitates talking and emotional opening, but in a much less urgent and artificial way than MDMA does for me. And to top it all off, I'll actually get to sleep at a decent hour thanks to the relatively short duration! Man, what a wonderful compound.

I'd wager 30 mg is a pretty good oral dose for, say, an evening with the girlfriend or around the campfire with some old acquaintances. If you're looking for a real trip, though, you gotsta stick it on up yer cornhole! :)

By this do you mean merely get by? Or do you mean it in a sense of realizing what you are and what you are capable of pushing the envelope your skills and creativity to the best of your ability?
 
Man, pot is really fucking great. Usually I'll go for awhile without it, forget about it, then smoke a bit and remember how wonderful it really is, and get super into it for a few days. Then I'll stop and the cycle begins anew.

3... 2... 1... Pottus Smokus!
 
I totally get SKL when he says that in a psychedelic experience the only real verb is "to be". This idea seems to present itself a lot when I'm tripping, to the point of being almost a universal trip-theme.

My mind equates "being" with living life to its fullest, being happy. Then when past actions or thoughts are revealed to be self-destructive, I realize that I can "be" more than I was "being" in the past. The more self-destructive actions I take, the less effectively I'm living my life. The message "just be" is almost like a command from within to stop NOT being by continuing my past lifestyle, and to change my actions so that I can "be" more effectively.

Effective life-living, man! It's pretty cool stuff.
 
Dude, the diversity of life on earth is fucking incredible. You'd think that there'd eventually be only a handful of dominating species on every continent, and that'd be that. There are practically half a million species of beetle.

Maybe all life on earth, in perfect symbiosis, makes our planet one giant organism!
