Playing an instrument. Working out.
Putting on music and laying down in a dark, comfy place. Preferably before you're ready to go to sleep haha.
 
If you play an instrument, write music. If you don't, learn an instrument. Or get some sort of computer based music making software.

Or spend hours on Wikipedia reading about all sorts of random topics. I do that all the time.

+1 for that. I do that a lot when I'm bored as hell.



OP, try getting some kind of hobby... woodworking, aquaria.. hell, even building shit with like erector sets or legos or something.

Personally, when I know I'm going to be getting all fucked up at my house I make it a point to get a shitload of feeder fish for my two tanks and I spend a decent part of my high watching them get chased around the tank and picked off 1-by-1.

Normally, though, I like to be chilling with a small group of friends and just bullshitting around.
 
Cannabis should help you discover your passion, along with an assortment of other various hobbies. That's one of the wonderful gifts you can receive from this plant. Now go discover ;)

Anytime, Frosty. You and I have told how many people to get jobs now? Hahahahahaha, you fucking made my dad talking about OP's mom. Also, yes, I do seem to have the silver-tipped tongue when it comes to making sense out of things.

And OP: Yeah man, this is no disrespect to you personally, but get your life together and then getting high will be fun. It's most likely because you don't have anything productive to do, so there's no feeling of 'reward' from getting high.

New idea's I had: throw away your tv, disconnect your cell phone and spend just 45 mins a day doing something where you feel A) Involved with reality B) Creative in any way you see fit. C) Going out to meet members of the opposite sex no matter how attractive they are. D) Brightening someones day , if even for a moment
 
I love how some people turned this into a motivational thread haha. I think he was just looking for some suggestions...

Anything creative really. I personally dont like to get high by myself too much cause i find it much more intense than if i was with a crowd. 1 bong hit is like 5 when im alone, probably cause there isnt a whole lot else to focus on but how high you are haha.

When i do get high by myself though its usually at night going for a walk or bike ride or working in my vegetable patch. Something active, that way i dont get any anxiousness while im high. I like to pick little projects to try and get done.
Ive cleaned my entire house before and because i was so high i barely realized i had done it. I love waking up the next day and just being like "fuck, i cleaned the whole house and i cant even remember that!" haha it feels like it wasnt me that did it.

Dude, I was just looking for more tips what to do when I'm high. Maybe it's just my laziness or lack of creativity or both but most people were able to answer my questions. You wouldn't go to the ED forum and tell people to get their lives together when they're asking for fun things to do on E. Don't take that eating and masturbating talk literally, that was an obvious exaggeration. I love listening to music and walking around the city, going to a Drum and Bass party etc., but e.g. I would never have thought that riding a bike high could be so much fun. Also, I don't really think that it's necessary to do anything "productive" (it's hard to define anyway - is reading a book more "productive" than listening to music? Riding a bike more "productive" than surfing through Bluelight?), on the contrary: I think that weed makes it possible to have fun in a totally non-"productive" way; you can just sit in your chair, listening to music and enjoy the view out of the window. In that sense, for me it's a almost necessary contrast to the very "productive" every-day-bored-at-work life.

By the way, on Sunday I'll be seeing my mom for the first time in 11 months and I'm really excited :D.

Especially the tracks: Sit Down, Stand Up; Where I End And You Begin; The Gloaming; Myxomatosis

All Radiohead is epic when stoned.



But seriously, music music music. Other great high bands: Tool, Muse, Ratatat, Sound Tribe Sector 9, TV On the Radio (This is all if you're into rock/electronic rock)

I really like some of the suggestions on here. I will agree with riding a bike listenin to my iPod. That's the best. Also, writing dark dark shiz. But that's just me. What else? Err... watching mindless stuff on TV that you don't have to think about too much. Stroking animals is nice, and generally doing things you usually find pleasureable.
 
Hmm when I'm stoned by myself (most nights unfortunately) I like researching all kinds of random things on the internet, eat, masturbate, or if it's nice out just sit outside and think for a while. I used to be into writing and music, and have fallen out of most of my hobbies --- I bet they would all be fun high too.

TV/Movies - Should keep you entertained, especially comedy movies. And the best thing is you can watch a funny movie high and enjoy it and then watch it sober and it would be just as good since you might not quite remember it.
Xbox/Games - You can act like a complete stoned retard and no one will care... or they might but who cares. And there are tons of other stoners that play. You can usually tell.
Draw/Paint - I've never been artistic but others enjoy it.
Explore/Shroom - Just go out and explore. Going to a predetermined destination can be boring and take "forever".
Music - Listen to whatever. Things you typically like are a lot better.... obviously.
Cook - Fun to do and you usually get something really good afterwords. I said usually.

Or really anything can be more fun while high. Man I wish i still smoked... Dam my sh*t is organized.
