electronic cigarette

actually, i bought the 50$ electronic cigarette from ebay. i did my research to find if it being 50$ means it's a peice of junk, but it isnt. as for comments on the product, only thing i'd wish is for it to be stronger. also it obviosuly doesnt have that "hit the back of the throat" feeling that a real cigarette can give you. for the price, it's not a bad deal at all, 45$ for the device, 35$~ to get 50 nicotine cartridges of your choice in strength, overall i reccomend trying this product for those who wish to save their lungs.

I just got one and they're sick as hell. They aren't as satisfying as real cigarettes but you can smoke it anywhere. I smoked in a restaurant and a mall today. And you can smoke on the highway and not worry about that annoying sound that happens when you open your window on the highway. They're also not nearly as harmful to your body as actual cigarettes and produce no second-hand smoke. They taste really good too, you can get a variety of flavors

Umm, for all the people LYING to you all about this piece of crap faker, I'll tell you the truth lol. It tastes like almost nothing, definitely doesn't even trick my mind into thinking its smoking for even a second, and it's made out of rubber. The contents are a small cartridge which produces water vapor with a spritz of nicotine and flavoring, and they are beginning to be banned in amost all nation-wide corporations like chain restaurants, movie theaters and stores. Their aruguement is that people "confuse them for actual cigarettes daily". Soon they'll be banned indoors everywhere, I'd imagine, which was the only good thing about them in my opinion. They let you try them for free at our mall, this stupid guy with sunglasses will walk around the kiosk "smoking" one and trying to lure people in. I think this is a joint campaign with oral herpes but maybe that's just me. Lol please don't even waste your money on this if you plan to still smoke cigarettes sometimes. That's a lot of money poorly spent.

Idk I guess some people don't like em. Try it before you buy it. My friend had one and let me try it out which is why I bought it, because I liked it. Mine was $80 for the starter kit which contains the cigarette, an extra battery and a package of 5 cartridges. Each cartridge has a full pack of cigs in it. Then you buy sets of 5 cartridges for $10 to refill it. So at first it's expensive, but at $2 a pack it'll even out and then become cheaper than smoking
Another thing to mention, it's not meant to replace smoking. It's if you're trying to quit or if you want a safer alternative and still be able to smoke, and are willing to sacrifice actual cigarettes. I guess I like it so much because I'm addicted to the act of smoking, not the chemicals and shit in them but I know some people get physically addicted

I feel you on that I'm addicted to the act of smoking, too, but those things don't even trick me lol. I guess I don't have will power haha!

my girlfriend had one of these cause the restaurant she worked for didn't let you take a break unless you smoked. she like it ok, don't know what happened to it though.

i tired it at the mall, and it cost as much as a carton and a half of real cigarettes so i said fuckit

it would be awesome t smoke inside though, id love to try it

Titan 510.

It initially costs more then cigarettes (obviously) but then you get 100 cigs worth for $10, and there are even better deals out there as well.

As someone who just recently took up smoking a few months ago, these interest me. I dont like the taste or the smell or anything about cigarettes except for the head rush, so i think im going to buy one of these and ill let you all know how it goes.

I disliek the fact that health organisations are trying to say that these are no better than normal cigarettes etc because of addiction potential... i dont think they quite see the point, its simply a healthier, less dangerous way to get the same fix... i thought that shit was pretty damn obvious. They should be encouraging there use to people who smoke regular cigs, they are definitly a good idea.

i so want one. i too am one that misses the act of smoking, not the nicotine, when i go without a few days. i'll let yall know when i get one and try it out.

I don't know why my post isn't showing. I can't see why it would've been deleted.

I managed to quite smoking with these. It's a miracle product that is far cheaper than tobacco. You can get different strength cartridges or even menthol flavoured ones.

I got one from www.thevapourstore.ie , I heard that the medium and low strength cartridges were for people trying to wean off smoking altogether, I just wanted a healthier alternative to cigarettes so I ordered the high strength cartridges. The action is slightly different, because the atomiser vibrates at a constant rate meaning it doesn't matter how hard you suck, the same amount will come out over a unit time. One takes a long slow inhale for big hit or a short slow inhale for a small one. As has been mentioned by others they aren't as harsh as cigarettes, I did crave that harshness a little for a day or two but then I began to like the taste more (I got tobacco flavor), and the ritual of screwing it together and taking a big hit. Despite being less strong tasting they are stronger in action than cigs, Once you break it in (dosen't take long) it'll make you lightheaded at first. I'm going to switch down to the medium strength cause I think these high strength ones are a little too strong.

The cartridges last a day or two each (about 20 cigs) and cost a euro or two each so big savings there. The smoke looks realistic (it is vapor) especially with big drags. With normal to small drags the vapor dissipates quickly enough that it is possible to smoke it inconspicuously indoors or on trains etc.

I haven't smoked any cigarettes since i got it, except when I'm drinkin, i leave it at home when i go out i would lose it otherwise! I use it many times a day, i like it more than smoking.

Overall 9/10 taking one mark off cause the paint is coming off a little bit but it's only cosmetic. It's well constructed, feels weighty and expensive in the hand, definitely does the job at high strength, is healthier (not proven scientifically yet), does not smell or otherwise intrude on those around you. Mine came with a little case you can carry around the atomiser as well as two batteries and an extra cartridge with all of which came included in the pack i got.

I can imagine menthol tasting quite nice through this i'm gonna try that next.

PS: Darthmom: Get nicotine-free cartridges if you do end up getting one, I find the convenience and strength of these things make them very addictive!
