There's alot of cool shit I want.

Are fake boobs as heavy to carry around as regular big boobs, Aisha? I've always wondered. I hope you don't mind me asking.

I thought of that, which is why I *meant* to ask if they were heavy in general rather than as heavy as regular boobs, but that must have slipped my mind as I was typing it out. So, I meant to say "Are they heavy?" :)

Yeah they are heavy, all my muscles are horribly tight atm, so they feel heavier then they probably are. I guess they would be more dense then human boobs therefor heavier aswell. Idont mind the questions, I'm learning too :)

My DDs weigh about 3kg each, give or take - would love to compare that to someone with fake DDs.

Wow 3KG! Each of my implants were 415CC's and that’s just the internal silicone, I don’t know what to call it but the outside(?) is thicker and I guess it would be a heavier mass. So all in all I think mine would be 500g each. I was an A cup before and ill be a C by the time my swelling goes down.

I also think if varies from woman to woman. Breast tissue would be heavier/lighter then muscle or fat tissue.

There'll be photos soon enough, not when im so swollen and with out the bloody stick on bandages. Cause you know, their so sexy and all

Speaking of GHDs...one of our magazines will have a mini size GHD as the free gift next month (2 weeks from now). It won't be branded as a GHD, but I can GUARANTEE they are. Buy one. BUY TWO! Mini GHD for $9.95

I remembered this today when I was shopping. The first place I looked was sold out, however, persistence paid off and I was able to pick up a Blue one. So cute and I imagine it's going to be so very handy for travel.

Thanks Leecie <3<3

Seconded - thankyou E! I picked one up on Thursday and have been raving to everyone ever since. I think my entire class of Interior Designers will be buying one [there's only one guy in my class], haha. :D

^ I told my sister about this and she got one. She is no expert, but she said that because the hot parts are metal and not ceramic it could be bad for her hair...

Could one of the lovely Aus socialite ladies confirm this so I could pass it on, please? :)

^^ yes news to me too, anarky thanks very much. I'll make a trip into town next week when Im allowed to drive.
Thanks also Breecamb and everyone else for the support :)

I can't confirm whether they're ceramic or metal, I'm sorry - I just can't tell! The plates are white which leads me to believe they're ceramic, but I just don't know.

Anyway, it's of my opinion that the plates are so small they really wouldn't do that much damage to your hair. Straightening and all heat treatments do damage regardless of whether it's done with metal or ceramic or a hair-dryer.

Tell your sister to use a quality thermal protectant on her hair before she straightens - that's the only way to minimise the damage. Also, the less you straighten the better - I try to limit it to once per week. HTH your sister L. <3 :)

^ Thanks very much mate. I rang my sister and passed all that on :)

+ Thanks Leece
