Slang dictionary for drug COMBOS! Not just general drug slang, COMBOS ONLY

Yeah- I'm from nj too and I've never really heard of any of these terms before (besides speedball of course).
 
The Sleeper= OC, vicodin, codeine, morphine, dilaudid, fentanyl, heroin, ambien, valium, xanax,

(Sorry guaatang made me do it)
 
I have to note that many of these combos, particularly those on the first page, or simply dangerous, terrible ideas.

Anywho, does anyone actually use "MX missile"?
I am rather partial to it, as you can be really cheesy and say, "I just got hit by an MX Missile!!" as you come up. :)

speed boat: marijuana+PCP+crack

space base: crack dipped in PCP

cocoa puffs: cocaine+marijuana (smoked)

dynamite: heroin+cocaine

flamethrower: cigarette laced with cocaine+heroin

Jim Jones: marijuana laced with cocaine+PCP

smoking gun: heroin+cocaine

snowball: heroin+cocaine

wild cat: methcathinone+cocaine

primos: marijuana joint/blunt mixed with crack or cocaine

snowcaps: cocaine sprinkled over marijuana bong hits

crimmie: cigarette laced with crack

croak: crack+amphetamine

snow seals: cocaine+amphetamine

missile basing: crack+PCP

moonrock: crack+heroin

sheet rocking: crack+LSD

turbo: crack+marijuana

pineapple: heroin+amphetamine

(poor man's) speedball: heroin+meth

atom bomb: heroin+marijuana

Same here.. "Wana get fucked up on x, y, and z tonight?", thats jersey talk haha.
 
I've got a few gems ya'll might like:

1) The Now&Later- Lortab and Methadone

2) The Deuce Deuce or "20/20"- Two Percocets, two Norcos

3) The Ravi Shankar- Salvia and Ganja (don't ask how we came up with that one)

4) The "Mollball" or "Bestball"- MDMA, Heroin, Cocaine, and Alprazolam/Benzos

5) The Chinaman(No prejudice intended)- Sake, Ganja and Opium

6) The Mr. Goodbar- Bar of Xanax w/cocktail

I will post more as I remember them...;)

coke and e = sugar flipping
acid and shrooms = twilight flipping
acid shrooms and e = jedi flipping
crack and heroin smoked together = moon rocks
pcp and e = elephant flipping
diphenhydramine and e = spider flipping
morning glory and e = garden flipping
peyote and e = cactus flipping
Opiates and e = poppy flipping
acid and k = kitty tripping
 
We have invented 'to fly KLM' (Dutch airline), which is Ketamine, Lsd and Mdma
I've heard more people use it since then a parties, and it's a great combo, even better with a bit of nitrous :)

No one exactly knows where it came from but there are a few speculations.

1.) Your eyes roll to the back of your head
2.) you feel as if you're literally rolling.
 
I seem to be hearing Kitty Tripping a lot when referring to LSD and Ketamine combined.
Because of this i am going to add it to the dictionary.
