Weight loss?

oh no! please do not take dxm for its anorectic side effects! that is like using LSD for the sole purpose of pulling an all nighter.

There really are many options for you. Atleast for me opiates (esp hydrocodone with ibuprofen) kill my hunger. Its almost like the release of endorphins satisfies the natural high i get from food. But this is definitely not typical. Another thing is that i'll take many kava kava capsules and they make my stomach feel odd (not unlike dxm) therefore I dont want to eat.

Then there are the obvious novelty weight loss supplements like hoodia and ephedra. The less obvious being ginseng, green tea extract, kelp and b vitamins.

Your stimulants such as cocaine (i didnt eat for 12 hours after my first line), adderall, ritalin, coffee, yerba mate, guarana. I wouldnt suggest using methamphetamine if you are trying to look better because it seems to ravage your skin more than other stims. But these all definately have loss of appetite as a side effect.

Cigarettes do the trick too but dont start using unless you can see yourself smoking and hacking in 25 years and you are okay with it.

goodluck

easy. guys i got this one covered :)
no need for drugs

loosing weight is the easiest thing in the world to do. Eat 1000 calories per day and your weight will come off.

I have friends who talk about how lucky I am that I have a fast metabolism. They eat twice as much as me, so my weight is due to a fast metabolism.

Eating sensibly and exercising is the key to weight loss. People shouldn't necessarily get too wrapped up in calorie counting and just because something works for you doesn't mean it's going to work for someone else. We're all built differently and our bodies have different needs.

If someone doesn't have a fast metabolism they are going to have to push themselves a little harder to become motivated as opposed to someone who does have a fast metabolism. Once the gears get going though and you get yourself in a good healthy cycle the weight should come off, and it's weight that you will most likely be able to keep off for the long term.

I should have mentioned that my list was not going to be cheap... sorry

what I would like to know is why you have to lose so much weight so quickly, what is so important that your health can pay such a cost...seriously your health is far more important than drastic weight loss. the other thing is that your body will panic and think it's in a famine winter or draught and produce weight saving chems....anyway good luck...please think of your kidneys...it's easier than you think to end up on the list for a new pair...trust me you wont get the over night...you may live to regret this journey

No. Your wrong. If you consistently eat a low calorie diet, you body will be forced to burn its own fat. It will take you an hour of exercise to burn off 150 calories above your baseline, but eating a cookie will replenish those cals in only 30 seconds. Not only that, but all that physical activity will increase your appetite to the point of likely overconsumption of food.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Nobody wants to spend all their free time running around and jumping in futile effort to burn off excess calories. Don't get me wrong; exercise is heathy for your body, but its NOT the answer to loosing weight. Get into the habit of eating a small snack in place of lunch, and not filling your belly at dinner. It doesn't hurt to skip a meal every once in a while. Often I don't even have breakfast or lunch because I'm too busy to stop what im doing.

Eventually, your stomach gets use to not having a great supply of food, and stops telling you its hungry and to eat more. Not being overweight is not about constantly starving yourself or battling your inborn desire to eat---just the opposite. You should be able to miss a meal and not even notice until significant time has passed. I'm almost never hungry because 1) my body is use to not eating 2) I'm too involved in my work to even notice 3) the food i eat is utter shit, and not even worth looking forward to.
If I indulge on a regular basis and eat high quality food and not canned food microwaved burritos, eventualy I get so hungry its easy to see how somepeople can't keep their weight down. Sure everybody's different but fact remains: eating less food makes you loose weight. Proof of this is africa and the holocaust, sure starvation is different, but its the same application: less food=less fat.

In summary my advice is to keep your mind occupied with other business, and let your body get use to not eating regularly and what it wants. It gets easier as time goes on.

Sorry i'm going to have to post again. This kind of thinking here is a big reason why so many overweight people are here today.
"" Fast metabolism are responsible for low weight and slow metabolisms are responible for high weight. If your a slow metabolism, then you must do more to keep the weight down""

If your overweight, its because your doing TOO MUCH of something, not too little. Stop giving your body more calories than it needs, and FORCE it to use what it already has.

I have a fast metabolism, Ill give you that. My whole life I was under 150 pounds untill I went to jail. I stayed there for 90 days, and for the first time in my life there was so little to do, all I had to think about was the coming of 'chow time'.
Breakfast: a bowl of cerial. Lunch: PBJ sandwich or meat sandwich. Dinner: beans; medium portion of meat; and small desert.
Having nothing to do but eat, that is what I did, and I did it regularly. At the end of 90 days, I gained 50 pounds, and had huge stretch marks all over my body. Its been 5 years since then and I can still see them. Upon getting my old clothes back, I couldn't even put my pants back on---I thought they had some how shrunk! They were forced to let me out with the county issued pants.

If my metabolism was responsible for my lack of fat, then how did I gain 50 pounds on jail food? I gained it so fast that I can still see the stretchmarks. I gained big weight eating regular/small meals consistantly day in and day out. Yet I loose the weight eating sometimes bigger meals/sometimes smaller meals but with no regularity.

Eating the same portion meals at the same time of day every day caused my appetite to surge before each meal. After going back to only eating when necessary on an irregular basis, I can control my consumption of food.

this was not metabolism related. no difference in the amount of physical activity. only a change in food consumption.

I respectfully disagree. I believe the body needs a constant supply of high quality food to build muscle and burn fat, which will in turn produce a more attractive body and perhaps a loss of weight.

I don't think the answer is to eat food that is shitty and doesn't taste good so that one doesn't want to eat.

Also, exercise is essential and necessary to lose weight and maintain a healthy body.

simpleton, excess eating = excess weight

If your not willing to eat less---and by less I mean in respect to your metabolism---then don't expect to lose weight.

I feel like using drugs like that for weight loss may make you feel like you look good at first, but so does being anorexic. When using something like that for losing weight you begin to look sick very quickly, especially if you don't plan on eating right while taking those drugs.
Just think about all of those underweight sickly crackheads with no teeth... is that really what you want your end result to be?
If you are eating healthy and exercising and still not losing any weight then speak to a doctor, but please don't rely on drugs for losing weight.

If you do plan on taking a stimulant, obviously you don't want to go with something very potent (meth, coke, etc.) because they have other effects as well that can be detrimental to your mental and physical health.

If you wanna try something like a small dose of a ephedrine, that isn't too bad.

Stimulants should be avoided if you are morbidly obese or suffer from heart or cardiovascular problems such as severe hypertension.

Also, baby Aspirin may help thin out the blood if you do decide to take a stimulant.

Like others have said though, eat a healthy diet and live an active lifestyle.

^ Are you sure aspirin helps with lowering BP? I may have to try that, because my BP goes up pretty high on some stims/amps like propylhexedrine.

I echo min0taur. I'd also like to point out that having a "fast metabolism" is over-rated. There's a reason the term "burning calories" is popular -- digestion is akin to combustion. It's stressful to the body to digest more food than it has to. Caloric restriction extends life. The evidence that eating less enables an organism to live longer is abundant. A metabolism that burns faster burns out faster.

Eat fiber one bars, fruit during the day and drink alot of water. Also make healthy meal choices even if you go out. Adding 2 fiber one bars to your diet will make you lose weight. Not because fiber makes you shit but it does help shed the lbs and also 2 bars = 75% of the needed fiber for the day! Good luck!

turn your meals around.
eating within one hour of being awake gets your metabolism into full gear. if you wait longer, it will never reach 'full burning speed.' eat healthy, but make breakfast your biggest meal and dinner your smallest. it works wonders. keep up your exercise regimen and you should be set.

however, if you want to be thin and look absolutely disgusting, then drugs are a great alternative- dxm included.

honestly-
this thread is stupid and the complete opposite of harm reduction.
op clearly doesn't care how dangerous it is and will try harmful methods intentionally regardless of our input.
