Weight loss?

Hello, i'm 5'10'' and weigh 195 pounds (about 90 kg and 178 cm)

I want to lose about 30 pounds, I diet and exercise pretty well, but i want to look good for this summer, not for next summer. This 1 pound a week BS is pissing me off. My question is this....

I Have seen meth users lose a lot of weight very quickly, I'm not really down with meth or coke or heroin, but is there anything else (not horribly addictive) that will help me lose weight?

I've been starving myself and exercising, thats not working. Before that i tried very healthy diet, and exercise for 2 months, i only lost 4 pounds.

I don't care how unhealthy it is as long as i don't get physically addicted to something.

I love to smoke MJ but i'm giving it up because it makes me eat more than any 3 people i've ever seen in my life.

I've been taking 300mg dxm every night if i do smoke, and the DXM makes me not want to eat anything, for ~6 hours. The dxm really isnt very fun anymore, but it makes me not want to eat. Could i Take DXM every day until the weight is off?

Thanks for any advice.
ps- I'm looking for anything, if someone knows of a diet and exercise that will help me lose weight very quickly please let me know, I'll do anything no matter how hard or dangerous.
 
No, there is nothing that can speed up your weight loss. One pound per week is the maximum healthy weight loss speed and you shouldn't go above that.

If you want to be healthy and good looking make sure you eat a well balanced diet with adequate protein, supplement with fish oil and exercise regularly... There really is no way to push it along faster though but keep up the good work :)
 
it's actually 2 pounds per week that is the safe limit, not 1 pound. Stimulants like amphetamines will make you lose weight, but it won't stay off. it'll come back just as fast it went away. Easy come, easy go. Just stick to cardio excercise like swimming, jogging, etc., exclude saturated, trans, and refined sugar fat from your diet. Supplement with green tea extract and a multivitamin/mineral. If you want something to kill your appetite, maybe look into hoodia goordoni, but you still have to eat, just eat healthy.
 
Meth will more than likely make you lose a lot of muscle with fat loss which will make you look haggard. Run, lift weights and a sensible diet will get you looking good. Starving yourself will just end up with muscle loss.

So I suggest you get some ephedrine (bronkaid) and work out 5-6 days a week for about 1 to 2 hours a day. you'll lose fat and gain muscle fast. Also get some caffeine in you, 200 mg before workout and after. The fat will melt off of you if you do this.

Oh yeah I almost forgot no alcohol. Don't know if you drink but booze will kill fat loss and muscle gain.

caffeine and even more so with ephedrine combined with cardio puts excessive strain on the heart. I know from experience. I was at a soccer practice and took some ephedrine beforehand. Not even a big dose, like 12.5mg's. I seriously thought my heart was going to explode by the second or third lap. It was beating ridiculously fast and it hurt like fuck.

But yea, no alcohol, and i'd also stay away from NSAID's like ibuprofen. A mucuna pruriens supplement would be helpful. It helps you lose fat and gain lean muscle at the same time from the L-dopa. I'd combine it with the green tea extract I mentioned. EGCG/catechins are essential when taking l-dopa for many reasons. Along with the multivitamin/mineral. Those three things will definately help you look good and feel good too, (with time, diet, and excercise routine).
 
I'd say low dose d-amphetamine (dexedrine) can be effective if you dont binge on it.
 
best fat burners on the planet....Interleukin-15,IGF-1,growth hormone,Triacana tablets,( I know there are better t3,t4 meds, but tria wont fuck ur thyroid as much) DNP(very very dangerous), or stack Boldenone,Stanazol, with small Amounts of test' Enanthate nolvadex and arimdex.... and then HCG to get ur levels back to normal
 
IL-15 is 1300$ for 0.5 mg..... even if it didnt help get rid of the weight, i wouldnt be able to buy any food for a few months! so i guess it would help in that way. :P

Thanks for all the tips, but slow ass 2 pound a week weight loss is not the way its going to happen for me. I will lose 30 pounds in a month or die trying.
 
Thanks Safety. I'm actually thinking about trying out a 3 day eating 1 day fasting diet, i won't exercise on the fasting day, just jog for 30 mins or so. On the days where I eat, it will be the healthiest food possible and on the fasting day i'll only drink water and tea.

I was just hoping there was some kind of drug or something that could help out a lot, guess there isnt or people would be all over it. I will lose it fast!!! i'll let you guys know how it goes.
 
you know this might sound weird, but fasting does not help you loose weight, it slows down your metabolism, and as soon as you eat something your body turns it straight into fat. the best thing to do is eat three regular healthy meals, with two snacks normally fruit or a low fat yogurt... if you do this, gym 6 days a week, one day top one day lower body. and use ephedrine and caffine before you go to gym you should loose weight and tone up pretty fast..
 
Make sure that the healthy food you eat has lots of protein, proteins help build muscles and muscles burn fat, you want to gain as much muscle as you can because muscle burns fat. gain muscle and your body will look excellent
 
Cause and effect applies to everything in the universe and drug usage is no different. If you are depending on drugs to help you lose weight than you will most likely just gain all the weight back after you stop taking those drugs.

On the flip side of that if your use taking a drug on a daily basis to help stimulate your appetite then your body's natural digestive cycle is gonna depend on you taking that drug in order to gain an appetite. For example I use to only get an appetite if I was extremely baked and on smack. I would notice that if I continued this cycle for a couple of weeks eventually I would only get hungry as soon as I did some smack and smoked some weed.

The only way the weight is going to stay off is if you lose the weight gradually and naturally. Taking adderall or diet pills to get skinny works temporary but all the fat you lose eventually comes back when you stop taking them even if your making it a point to eat less because your body's metabolism slows down dramatically after the amphetamines/stimulants in your body goes away because your body thinks its starving so it trys to save up as much energy as it can from the food your eating by converting it to fat.
 
A lot of people think that by simply eating less you lose more weight but that logic is pretty flawed. The more you eat the faster your metabolism works so eating less can actually somewhat hinder weight-loss. The best bet is to eat a big breakfast in the morning so your metabolism starts kicking in as soon as you get up. Eating multiple smaller portion'd meals throughout the day raises your metabolism because your body is constantly taking in food thus your metabolism constantly being stimulated. Metabolism plays a huge role in how your body processes fat and turns it in energy and also how your body responds to drugs.

People with a slower metabolism generally have to wait longer periods for drugs to become active in their body and also they have to wait longer than people with a higher metabolism for drugs to get out of their body. The best and only way to lose weight naturally and keep it off is by raising your body's metabolism. Your body's metabolism also plays a big role in determining how long certain drugs stay in your system. Since weed is fat soluble the detection period for marijuana is direclty proportional to how fast someone's metabolism is. The higher someone's metabolism is relates directly to how fast that person's body is able to process and dispose of thc and other unwanted waste.

how quickly and how much weight are you talking about? Taking that much dxm everynight is definitely not a good idea and is probaly making you gain more weight because of all the sugar that goes into the dxm syrup. Abusing dxm like that will also definitely burn you out faster than smoking crack.

Theres not some miracle diet out there that lets you lose weight without any work or self-control from eating. Your just gonna have to exercise and eat less.. the majority of the time its not about how much eat but when you eat. Eating one big meal everyday doesn't help you lose weight at all, it's actually the worst way to lose weight and makes you gain more weight than you lose. Eating a big meal right before your about to sleep at night is extremely unhealthy as well since your body's metabolism is slowest during sleep. Your metabolism is almost dormant when you sleep so if you eat right before you sleep your body will have nothing to do with that food except convert it to fat. The best way to increase your metabolism is by eating more when you first wake up as well as eating multiple meals during the day in order to keep your metabolism running throughout the entire day. Everybody's body chemistry is different so as far as diets go your best bet is to try to be better in tune with your body so that eventually you will just know how your body will react to certain things. A majority if not all of the more well known diets were created by people who had a profit in mind. You should be the one that knows the most about your own body
