it's a nice sunny and reasonably warm day here as well with a slight breeze:) though im stuck inside a big cinder-block with air con at the moment.

im gonna go grab something to eat shortly. ive been starting to get real bad hunger pains before i even wake up since i've started doing weight sessions again. i need to increase my appetite a bit more.

i had Vegemite like 10 years back when my fathers friend brought some from aus but i cant really remember the entire experience. I might just have to go on a quest to see if i can find some in the states to try it again.
 
^i've heard a few stories of ex-pat aussies who've moved to the US get their vegemite imported from here to there because it's hard to find over there. i think if my memory recalls correctly (it may have been some thread in the lounge, actually) that vegemite was going to or is being banned from the United States. for what reason i cant clearly remember at the moment.

it's what i'd describe as a pretty salty tasting thick spread but oh so delicious.

less than an hour to go!

ahh holy hell
after that quake ruined my high i decided to go a diff route and smoked three more bowls and popped three 2mg xanax and now i cant remember a thing from last night :(
i hate when that happens!

last time i had a xan blackout i ended up burning myself a few times i guess trying to make food?
 
i've burnt cigarettes holes into quite a few items of clothing, sheets, pillows and shit over the last few years while i nodded out on opiates and/or benzos while i've been smoking. and the amount of times i've still had the smoke between my fingers and it's burnt right down into my fingers is ridiculous.8)
 
LOL whenever i use to nod out i had to make sure the ciggie was out first so i didnt end up burning down the house.

i quit about a year ago
and i feel great about it!

i never really realized until i quit how my clothes really smelt when i smoked
aghh it was nasty
