Is this a gram?

It looks fine to me. You have a 2 inch bag on your hand, 2 grams would fill that. If what you say is true about it being 7cm from the top, then you sir have(had) a gram. Dimebags are 1.5 inchs in the actual baggie part, or about 5 cm tall in all.
 
It's really difficult to eyeball the weight of weed - some bud is really thick, while some bud is really lightweight in proportion to its volume.

If your weed was pretty dense, then that could've easily been a gram - with more voluminous bud, I don't think so.

We were all noobs one day, i have learnt the very hard way, many times, to be very careful with your weed when your smoking it or preparing it. Nowadays im always trying to 'be the weed' and try and think of all the dangers that lurk around me(the weed). Whether its that innocent window near you while your rolling a joint, or that half full cup of coke on the table, there is many dangers to weed. Having the window open in my kitchen while doing hot knives, thinking 'oh theres no wind tahts good *puts upside down plate on bench with spots on the bottom* 10 seconds later.. *gust* all gone :(

i disagree that you proved the weight of an unknown mass by looking at a picture over the internet

on the other hand, you might have made a more educated guess based on the theoretical weight relative to size of the apparatus (bag); but a far cry from proving anything or being that much closer than my or anyone elses input (minus the 1/2 gram and below remarks obviously).

Your right, a cone is a smaller bowl which is actually cone shaped opposed to the weird cup shape we usually get. I had never seen them in the Uk but had one of a cheap pipe i bought when I first moved over here. I hate them, cant get screens on em or anything so when the resin blocks the hole you cant do much about it.

I think this is like .5 easily because it just doesn't last that long, but I have been buying a so called gram off this guy every day now since that picture.

He's my only contact and I am starting to really like weed?? Lol.

Just marinating in my room playing poker!

I am going to see him again today and take a picture next to a coin or lighter and see what you think. I have a few questions to, like, the weed I got today is like 50 percent brown stuff?? But it smells like weed? Didn't seem to strong.

Pics up within 12 hrs. :)

And thanks to all responses, might go get a scale now on eBay.
 
Okay so I told the guy I don't think you have been giving me a gram and could you please check your scales he then went onto say that he had his scales set wrong?? Pffffft.

Anyway so he gives me a gram of this other weed and it looked like a bit more then I was getting before but am still not to sure. Also this weed has a really strong lemon or lime flavour when you smoke it, wtf is it??

Here is a pic, is it a gram? It's a bit deep to.

seeing as u still dont understand that it is impossible to determine the weight of a substance via a photo, on the internet; as there are very great density differences between different buds...ill go ahead and just tell u again that u need to buy a scale and solve all of your problems.

regarding the lemon/lime flavor, it could have been sprayed with something to wet it down.

and btw, drug dealers don't calibrate their scales wrong. ones that do that dont know enough to be dealing drugs in the first place, or they're not going to be drug dealers very long (deaded). i called out my dealer on a 1.0g short bag yesterday, his response? sorry and ill make it up to you next time. he then proceeded to call me back and want to bring over the 1g, chill and blaze me out to make up for it. he knws im checking my bags now b/c the last one looked short (and i didn't have my scale at my gf's house to make sure, so i made sure to bring it this time), and now he wont pull the shit again b/c he knows ill call him out.

drug dealers know if they're fucking u or not. they know how much is in a 1/4oz, 1/8oz, dime bag; whatever. its your job to either stop buying from them if u think they are, or man up and tell them to cut the shit out if they want to sell again. and honestly, without a scale; u have no way of telling if he is or not and calling someone out when they're not isn't smart either if u want to keep a hookup. looks like he was in this case, but again..just like you're here asking again, this bag could still be .2 short and you think you're getting 1g now and happy. and it will continue like this until u realize you're still getting shorted b/c u didn't want to spend that $15 on a scale. i guarantee it would have already paid for itself 3x by now u just dont really know.

when money and profit is involved, there is only one thing u can believe 100% of the time; and that is the other person is looking out for theirs. u better learn how to look out for yours unless u want to get taken advantage of.

I will have a look on eBay and see if I can find any cheep scales on the net, yeah and if I was wrong when telling him he was short it would have looked bad.

what the fuck??!??! are you being serious theres no way to determine the weight of something like that. 2 inch bag does not mean 2 grams fill it that is rediculous.

by the way the first one looked short the second one looks more like a gram.
