as far as party spots in rhode island are you kidding me?? First off you need to be in providence, you expect a city with like half a million college students to not have any partys. I mean brown, JWU(my school), risd, providence college, ric, ccri , URI the list goes on. Downtown providence always has some great bars and clubs as far as house partys its all about smith hill right by providence college thats where the majority of house partys go down
