alot of swimmers and divers smoke ganja to my knowledge. i used to dive in my youth and i met alot of people who smoke ganja on different swimming and diving teams.


and the thing is there is nothing at all wrong with smoking ganja...

It's alright for him to get hammered on alcohol but as soon as he's caught taking a bong rip - UH OH! HE'S MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE! He should never compete in the Olympics again!!!!

Nevermind the fact that marijuana is NOT a performance enhancing drug...LOL!!!

He should go and represent Finland, he is the best, he gets 14 gold medals for America and they treat him like a fucking criminal. What kind of a fucking wold do we live in?

For some reason drugs are illegal. There is a system of control and that's the reason drugs are illegal. We should do something about it. It's like these days people have no control over their lives and can't do shit about anything going on. Everyone is scared to step outta line.

The guy can't go out and party w/ people cuz they want to make buck out of everything he does. People are jealous cuz he's a champ and can also party.

I bet he has lungs of steel and can take bigger hits that anyone due to how brilliant a shape he must be in. Can probably handle silly amounts of drink too. Rock on Phelps at least he knows how to have a good time, fuck apologising hes not sorry for any of it. HE knows that smoking a few bongs or getting shitfaced drunk during his time off is not going to do his performance any harm in the long run so what does it matter. Shit he must have worked so hard to train for all those medals, deserves to let his hair down.

That person needs to go fuck themselves, of course hes not partying like that while hes training, football (soccer) players go out and party all the time and still manage to play. Maradona anyone? :D

It mentioned in the many newspaper articles about this that he was out drinking loads around the time in question. That or I was...THERE.
 
do people reckon phelps smoked up before a swim, got the munchies and swam full fast to finish the race so he could get a feed or something?
 
shit... if someone ever tried to arrest me over pot i'd rack up at least a dozen charges trying to flee from that injustice
