yeah someone should definitely post a pic of the alien blotter Ive heard so much about them, never actually had a chance to get any.

That was definitely not the same alien head blotter I tried at Shambhala this summer. The one I took had smaller alien heads i believe... Also the paper used was what i would think of more traditional blotter paper... not so thick and rough looking like the blotter in the pic above.

The alien heads in that photo are the unknown content ones. (I'm still on a hit right now, did another half-hit 48hrs ago)

Some different aliens then: these ones I have not tried, but should be the alien heads containing acid that we've been hearing about?

Now those look very similar to the ones i tried at sham. You are quite lucky if they are from the same batch. The guy a bought them off said they were double dipped which i assumed meant that they contained more lsd ( also as they were twice the price as the other blotter he had).

i had those a few months ago. pretty sweet.

rate them! 1-10.
Liquid lsd is the shit... but dangerous if you take too much.
Lots of people I know would up in the hospital...

I think that dangerous isn't the right word. To heavy a trip is probably the right idea. I know that one time I ate like 1/4 a bottle of liquid. I was tripping SO insanely hard.

Alex Grey acid in Alberta

One side is a fractal trees design, like was on page 19 or 20.
other side is an Alex Grey painting, this one...

Really? Well I guess it wasn't very potent. Cause when we had it around (friend was getting it mailed to him from ASIA) it was intense. One drop = 3-4 hits of regular LSD. People weren't believing what they were hearing about how strong it was, so they would take too much and not expecting the result. Many people wound up in the hospital... I know of about 10 people. And it all mattered in drops. He sold it 1 drop per sugar cube, and that generally was good.

Blank Blotters I am beginning to think are 5-meo-amt.
I think they were posted recently.

AMT's fcuked. `The blank unperforates (WoW's) that I posted are LSD.

I never believed in these LSD overdoses or absurd LSD stories. I hear them over and over and over again. Everything from "My friend thought he was a slinky and jumped off a platform" to "This girl ate a half-sheet tripped for a month and was taken to the hospital", etc.

You never see well educated people, who actually study the nature of psychoactive substances making such claims. In fact, I can't help but notice that time after time, I hear these claims from the people that know the least about drugs.

I think it has a lot to do with the way the Scottish philosopher David Hume explained the falsity of what we call "miracles".
These myths and everyday tall-tales stem from contradictory, fabricated information designed to stimulate the pleasure of wonder. They can easily be deciphered and proved false by examining contrariety, reliability, probability and proof.

To better understand drug myths, this is a useful little article- Wiki:Drug urban legends.

LSD does not have any known human overdose, although we have killed mice by injecting them with about 50,000 times the dose we take.
There's also the whole elephant story I'm sure many of you are familiar with. There's a lot of argument surrounding the one dead elephant, but in my opinion LSD, like psylocibian mushrooms has no (easily) attainable overdose. From personal experience doses over 2000μg just get you fucked, but sleep will always pull sobriety back minus a little HPPD.

Hospitalization on LSD is nearly always due to fear, paranoia or psychosis. Inexperienced users will end up in the hospital on occasion, because their hedonistic stupidity earned them a ticket there.

The one legitimate case I know involded near-death on LSD, but that was due to hypothermia and frostbite (subject lost in a snowstorm- lol)

I encourage everyone to research claims before believing them. First run them through your common sense, then the Internet.

I agree with you Nuro. The lowest estimate I remember reading for an LD50 worked out to be 14mg for me. I get happy whenever I take acid knowing I could eat the sheet and live. I'd clearly be crazy no doubt, but it's comforting to know it's physically that safe.

There is apparently the one fatality where someone injected 320mg thinking it was speed.

The 23rd reference on the bottom of the page.

BTW I believe those alien head blotters to be DOC. Not sure though....
