Prop 5: California Has a Chance to Treat Young People Struggling with Drug Problems

It didn't pass because of racism. The perception is that most of these "at risk" kids would be Latin and black gang members...and who cares about THEM, right? Horrible.

So you think that it would have passed if the majority of these "at risk" kids were white vs. Latins and blacks? I lived in Cali for many years and I'll tell you, there were so many strung out white kids on meth doing worse things than Latin and Black gang members. Especially all those fV<KInG skin head youths.
